Caffe Primo

Friendly staff with a smile. Although the food could be better presented, lately there is a lack of salad and chips on the plate. The chicken parmigiana and other chicken meals plated was over cooked and very flat for a breast. The sauce was to runny not thickened. The squid was slightly over cooked and the other five meals ordered had issue's. The meals were promptly brought out with a smile and drinks served quickly. Where as prices have gone up and your meal quantity reduced. I miss the previous chef who puts a better effort into presentations of the meal. Mind you this is one store out of many. This one made us feel let down on food taste and presentations.

Good food, reasonable prices, good off-street parking. However, service left a little to be desired......incorrect orders, no effort to deliver all meals at roughly the same time, one meal overlooked completely, then that was not what was ordered, drinks were delivered in an untimely manner. Our table was overlooked for quite sometime, as others got their orders/meals way before us but had arrived well after we did. Really not a great experience.

Had an awesome night with some friends the other night! So excited to see that things are looking up for primo! We were greeted with smiles and lovely service, staff were super nice and meals came out super quick. It was a busy night and it only took 20 minutes for our food to come out! Very welcoming and relaxed environment.
