Myself and my husband had an amazing 3 night stay at the Saltmarsh. Emma and her team were so welcoming, and it's the perfect location for exploring this beautiful area. Our room, Under The Eaves, was cosy and comfortable. Breakfast was great with vegan options, and the cafe has a lovely selection too. Emma also made us dinner on 2 evenings, which was above and beyond. Highly recommend this home from home B&B!

Great clean modern business. with great cafe, takeaway area and well stocked shop. The selection of mead, wines, toffee vodka, pickles etc were fantastic as my large bag of produce would show. Lovely attentive staff. First rate stop after a long walk to the beach head

Only spent one night here, the hostess Emma was exceptional. Everything about my stay was amazing, every effort was made to make my stay really comfortable; the quality of soft furnishings, the comfort of the bed and the excellent breakfast. We had a wonderful stay at Saltmarsh Farm. Everyone was extremely friendly and we felt well looked after. Beautiful and comfortable rooms, perfect location for walking along the Seven Sisters. The food was great, especially the breakfast.

Lovely stop for tea and cakes here after a 6k walk through Friston Forest. Close to Seven Sisters Car Park. Everything was a delight. Old building nicely maintained. Will be back!

Top marks to all the staff at Saltmarsh Farmhouse & Café, which we visited every day, several times, on our 4-day break recently. Staff were always welcoming, friendly, smiley and accommodating. Food was excellent and good value. There was also a very good choice of food/snacks/drinks. They were also extremely dog-friendly, with free dog treats at the counter and I only wish they were a little nearer otherwise I'd make it my 'local'! Thanks to all staff and owners - you have a great thing going there.

We had lunch with special dishes. There are sausage with mash, mac & cheese and muffin with white chocolate. All of them are delicious and reasonable price.

What a beautiful and unexpected delight before our beautiful walk. This place is incredible. The homemade gluten and dairy free chocolate cake was an especially welcome surprise. That and a good pot of tea really set us up for our walk. Lovely place, lovely, accommodating people! ��

Very homely atmosphere. Fresh food, helpful staff members and fresh food. I went their with my sister. We had our breakfast their before long walk in the seven sisters park. We came back to the cafe for lunch which was delicious. And also very healthy. I will highly recommend it.

Saltmarsh is a real treasure. The building brings you back in time and feels comfortable, safe and cosy. The staff is nice and friendly but the real jewel is the food. It is fresh, healthy and delicious. Next time you visite Sussex, don't forget Saltmarsh Farmhouse, you won't regret it.

The perfect stop after a walk in Friston Forest. Just had a slice of raspberry and coconut sponge and a hot chocolate, but it was good and I liked sitting outside. Service was very good. Will definitely stop by again and recommend to friends.

We found this place by chance yesterday and popped in for a coffee. The owner and staff were friendly and caring. The coffee cake and sausage rolls were perfect. We were invited to have a look round at the restaurant and the luxury rooms. We were very impressed everything was clean and stylish. The owners have made every effort to make this a great place to stay and set in a beautiful location. We think they have done this perfectly and we are now looking forward to staying here very soon. Well done guys you have got this just right.

Popped in after biking in the woods and enjoyed an interesting healthy bowl of salad from a varied list of options. Also a delicious latte. Great friendly and speedy service despite being quite busy. Fair prices too.
It's a lovely courtyard to sit in on a warm day.
Overall a nice makeover of the old cafe on that site.

Got here today after a 4 hour walk in the Seven Sisters Park. Actually i didnt expect much since restaurants at such an attraction are barely more than tourist-ripoffs. Turned out i was completely wrong!
Very nice and cosy place, friendly and quick service and the lunch we had simply tasted great! I highly recommend going here after visiting the Park. Reward yourself for a long hike with their great food ☺
