We were told that Bulan did a good breakfast sandwich and I have to agree. We had sausage, bacon and egg in a brioche bun with a latte. Friendly service, freshly made and hot. Happily recommend.
Food was nice hot & fresh considering a long wait due to a high demand! Staff very friendly & welcoming highly reccomend bulan perfect location & lovely veiws from outdoor seating area!

Lovely place situated on the marina, I was there on a lovely sunny day and had my food outside. Even though it was called Bulan burger the selection was plentiful. I went there once with a family member yesterday. It was delicious, but there was no chicken, so our choices were disrupted. Staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was on point. Would go again.

Great burger, nice location
Had bacon and egg sandwich, 2 burgers and a kids chicken goujon meal...everything was spot on, like it is everytime we've been. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes, but it's well worth it.
Called in for the first time today. Lovely food with good sized portions and excellent value for money. A major plus point is that it's dog friendly. The menu is very good and from looking at the photos of the all day breakfast I might have that next time

Amazing food at a great location, I had Bacon and Sausage on fresh Brioche and enjoyed every bite, definitely recommended, the Chicken Wraps are amazing too.
We have been here several times now. Usually after having a family walk along the beach. Bulan is dog friendly which is ideal for us and a good children's menu too. I am a big of the hippie burger, the all day breakfast nearly saw my partner off! Delicious food at a good price ideally located in Sea
Lovely dog friendly cafe. Food we had was really tasty and a reasonable price. Free parking down at seaham harbour which makes a nice change. Recommend it for any dog walkers.

Spot on food , great location , nice atmosphere about the place. Service was a bit slow , but it was very busy and this was explained when we ordered. Would recommend !
