Booked 4 ppl (advisable) for lunch (yesterday) Food was fantastic very tasty good size portions and well presented, all staff we encounted from owners to waiting/bar staff were very friendly & helpful nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant/dining room is well presented in charming period colours and complimented with trendy wooden floors & furniture ( very child friendly ) l / we loved our first visit, we will definitely be returning , well done

Good selection of Beers and lagers. Great food and friendly, welcoming staff. It was about 1/2 mile out of our way from the cycle route but definitely worth it.

First visit to The Staps since the reopening, and it is gorgeous! Lovely environment and even better food, all of which is reasonably priced and don’t mind paying it when it’s so fresh and all home cooked. Service was a little slow but I’m sure this will pick up in coming weeks, nevertheless the staff were very friendly and welcoming! Already planning our return

I picked this place to eat by chance. I had the most delicious Yorkshire Wrap and have been back for more since. Recently got asked at work if ever had one of these and shared my experience. On the day my brother asked me to swap meals. So wasn't happening. Found the place to be very relaxing and staff very friendly.

Thursday lunchtime around 12:30. Called in after visit to Dalton Park. Surprised to find the pub virtually empty. Nevertheless we stayed and enjoyed some good old-fashioned home cooking. A good choice of meals with a dedicated gluten-free section in the menu. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Wonderful Sunday roast at the Stapylton Arms! Delicious food, very fast service, excellent portion sizes. And super kind to our dog, who was given his own turkey dinner, the highlight of his year! Lovely place to come. Recommend

An above average relaxed village public house. CAMRA real ales, good pub food with a very wide selection. Separate menu sections for light bites, starters, main courses, vegetarian, vegan, senior citizens, etc. Our first visit but it won't be our last.

We have just been in for a meal really good food . Good burgers, large fish and chips and mince and dumplings and the service was as good as the food . Would highley recommend the stapyton Arms. There is a large sitting area out side which is great if you are out walking the dog or the weather is nice

A few of us came here with my uncle after we'd been to scatter my Father's ashes as this was their first local, many moons ago. Service, food and atmosphere were all top notch. Thank you!

Love the food, service is great. Guest ales, all great. Didn't enjoy sitting next to 4 well spoken, seemingly very professional guys listening to them swear too much, too loudly. I honestly thought they'd see my daughter n at least try to curb their cursing, nope. This is not a reflection on the establishment in any way, however it does make me think we'll go again but without my daughter if the circumstances allow. We moved from the seated, eating area to the bar to put distance between them and my daughter

Beautiful village pub, good selection of beer on draft and hand pull, a warming wood burning stove making it extra cosy in the bar and plenty of outdoor seating. Extensive menu, separating out vegetarian, gluten and dairy free options. Would recommend the hand made pizzas and the corned beef pie, delicious!
