You make sure to have fish and chips here its amazing fresh and it feels like home. Its a friendly and family place.
Doing a tour of takeaways this year, instead of touring the continent. This was a very good experience, but not quite exceptional. Very pleasant and friendly staff and great to get haddock as well as cod. We eat haddock by preference and in the past in England it has been difficult to find. Modera
A traditional fish and chip shop with great value meals. However, I have been twice and am still to try the fishcake. Being British I don't complain and ate what I was given. Last time I had the sausage and this time the chicken nuggets. Both were very good but still no fish cake. Highly recommended
I honestly think this was the best fish and chips I've ever had! My partner and I like to try different fish and chips at every place we go and this has by far been my favourite. The place was very calm compared to others and I loved that dogs were allowed in. The fish was flakey and perfectly crisp
We had a really good fish and chip lunch here today. Excellent service, spotlessly clean, great food. The staff here should be commended for their work. After tables were cleared they disinfected both tables and every chair. Clean table cloths put in place before more customers were allowed to sit.
Absolutely superb fish and chips. Had cod and chips and haddock and chips. The batter was light thin and supremely crisp. Both fillets were of a generous size. Chips were just as i like them as they had been sitting for a minute or so before served. Delicious. Also a sausage in batter was very good.
Best in class in Seahouses. I gave them 5 stars because they are the best in Seahouses. The fish was ample and well cooked and the chips were good. Mushy peas tasty. We had takeaway twice this week. Covid is well handled only two in counter at any time.
So glad we chose Pinnacles to eat in today on our trip to Seahouses. Plenty of other restaurants to choose from but we were v happy with our choice. Staff were really friendly, especially the chap who served us. The haddock batter was light and crispy and the chips were crunchy on the outside and l
I don't normally enjoy fish and chips, but went here with my family and loved it. There was nicely done batter, not oily, tasty fish and a good portion of chips. Definitely a recommended visit, get the haddock!
To be honest we went here because of the replies to the reviews and the fact that the owner takes the time to respond, especially to negative reviews, and usually with some style! The fish was amongst the best I’ve had at a fish and chip shop and the batter was light and crispy. Service was straight
Having read the reviews, intrigue took the better of us. So glad we did. Freshly baked cod n chips excellent ... and a large portion to boot! Mushy peas an absolute must! Even the dog welcomed with a complimentary sausage. And all served by great staff.
The best fish and chips ever, beautifully cooked and presented with a good cup of tea.
