The Smugglers Inn - Seaton - Photo album

6 of us did The Quiz on Saturday night. We all ate and 1 had the Italian buffet, which she said she enjoyed very much. The rest of us had items off the menu. No complaints from any of us. The only qualm I have is we were in the snug. I've been seated here before and you tend to get forgotten about.
What a beautiful place to have a carvery, set in a little village with the sea to the left and hills surrounding the rest of the area. We had a carvery with a great selection of meat which was very tender and beautiful vegetables. The staff are really friendly and happy to help and the best thing is
The Smugglers Inn is located in the pretty seaside village of Seaton, with public car parks nearby. We enjoyed a Sunday roast and were lucky to get in because customers were queuing when the doors opened on the dot of 12 noon. I think we had the last available table - it was too windy to eat outside
Myself and a couple of mates were fishing around the coast and stopped here for breakfast one morning, we didn’t realise we were 30 mins early for food, however the chef was in the bar and said “no worries I can do 3 breakfasts” they came out and they were massive, great value for money, would recom
Booking is advisable. The carvery is amazing, the staff are very friendly. I will definitely book again for a carvery.
The food was delicious and well presented, but we did feel as though we were over-charged for a salad (near enough £8) for some lettuce a few slices of tomato and some mozzarella with a tiny amount of olive oil. However, I feel this is a systematic unfairness of small business to make money out of v
Food came out quickly, and all cooked well. Sadly we didn't book so couldn't have the Sunday roast, but they looked delicious. Very dog friendly, so not good if you don't like dogs! No play area, but a good park is 100 yards away.
We have been for food at the smugglers a few times now as we are lucky to only live a few miles from seaton. We have found the food and service absolutely fantastic when we have visited! We do book a table just to be sure but isn’t always necessary. Good food menu and also good drinks to chose from,
It's the only pub in Seaton, but accommodate dogs, serve food & alcohol. Lovely pint of Rosies Cider, ( sweet) good selection of food. Was disappointed with food proportion (only a small amount of potatoes and veg with my pork.
Lovely atmosphere and fantastic food, delicious! Dogs welcome inside which was a really nice feature.
Very near beach at seaton Cornwall seating outside let's dogs in to pub restaurants and they even have own menu for them great please to eat drink out bring your dogs
We didn't stay in there but would consider in the future. The sunday roast was dying for yet the price wasnt high. Calsbergs was cold and ambient was excellent. The waitress was so friendly. Highly recommended..
Booked 24 people in for a variety of Carvery & main meals.. Excellent service, delicious foods. No complaints everyone thoroughly enjoyed what they ordered. Staff were friendly and service was excellent. Will definitely be back again soon 😊
Absolutely loved this place, Sunday carvery is something else and all the staff are polite and friendly and will bend over backwards for you, very clean and spacious with outdoor seating not far from Seaton beach.
