Ruth's Chris Steak House

First time at Ruth’s, and it was amazing! A+ service from our server Nelson. He made my night, and he was so so so kind! We had the porterhouse, the sweet potato casserole, and the spinach (and of course a drink or two or three 😂🫣). Everything was fantastic. My partner and I will be back again soon 😊

Beautiful Clean The food was excellent not one bad part about it was good from top to bottom. Me and my lady friend had a classy dinner. From the front of the restaurant employees through the middle and bless that kitchen your cooks are fantastic. And last but not least Our waiter "Joe K."I never met our waiter Joe before. He made our dinner worth every penny because he was like a real person who had the answer to all questions we had about the menu and he took the time out to describe it like True Professional . Thank you Ruth Chris and Joe for presenting us with a dinner night second to none 🤝🏽

First time at the downtown location and pleasantly surprised parking was easy. Walking into the restaurant, we were warmly greeted and sat our party of 4 promptly. Dinner and dessert were absolutely delicious. The customer service by Stian and Victoria was over the top! The communication between staff and managers was seemless. Highly recommend Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and we will definitely dine there again soon!

Was excited to try this restaurant based on the amazing reviews, but did not have quite the same experience as the many 5 star reviews shared. Would not recommend this for a gluten free foodie - the server did not seem to know what dishes/options were gluten free. Luckily I had researched the menu ahead of time so I knew what modifications needed to made. My table companion and I both ordered the Ruth's Classic Prix Fixe meal of Steak House Salad (without croutons for me), Filet & Shrimp, and Garlic Mashed Potatoes with a side of Roasted Brussel Sprouts since the server said that the Prix Fixe menu could be done gluten free. The food was good with large portions. Loved the plating of the shrimp and steak. However, the dessert given for the Chef's Seasonal Selection was the Cheesecake which was not gluten free. Luckily the desserts were served to go so I was able to give mine away, but since this is a moderately expensive restaurant it was disappointing to not experience the included dessert course. I would have ordered the dinner a la carte had I known the Prix Fixe Menu could not be done gluten free. Indoor seating only - highly recommend reservations.

I recently dined at Ruth's Chris Steak House and had an unforgettable experience. The New York steak I ordered was nothing short of amazing; it was cooked to perfection and incredibly flavorful. This restaurant is not only ideal for a celebration but enhances it. The ambiance is elegant and conducive to a special evening. What made the experience truly exceptional was our server, Ashley. She was hands down the best server I've ever had. Her attention to detail, knowledge of the menu, and warm demeanor elevated our dining experience. Her excellent service made the celebration even more memorable. I highly recommend Ruth's Chris Steak House for anyone looking for an exquisite steakhouse experience. Thanks to the fantastic food and exceptional service, it's a place where celebrations truly come to life.

My Lovely wife and I came to dine on the prompting of one of our sons giving us a gift card for Ruth's. The place was near empty with just two other couples in sight. We dove head long into the carnivore side for lunch with high expectations; mainly because we've both been on the carnivore diet for a couple of months now. I ordered the 16 oz rib eye, and she, the 12 oz New York strip steak. Our waitress was overly cordial but not obnoxious, and I would venture to guess a long time staple of the staff. When our steaks hit the table, one eyebrow of mine went up, along with two yellow flags in my mind; but I remained optimistic. Out the corner of my eye I could see our waitress was watching. My Lovely half likes her steak medium-well, and I like mine medium-rare. The kitchen grilled them exactly opposite! Mine was well-done and her's medium-rare. What I found annoying was when our waitress came to check on us, and she let the cat outta the bag that she knew they were cooked wrong. This is an upper-class steak house, as far as steak houses are concerned in Seattle. I used to be in food service, and a decent, well trained server wouldn't let that be delivered to the table. To top it off, they took my wife's steak back to the kitchen and refired it - bringing it back burnt. I was presented a new rib eye that was obviously rushed. Too bad. Footnote: I grill steaks at home nearly every day - Ruth's steaks, on this day, were a real disappointment.
