Hello Robin has my favorite cookies in all of Seattle! I always get a chocolate chip cookie and a birthday cake cookie both of which are uniquely delicious- there's no other cookie quite like them in terms of texture or taste! But as delicious as the cookies are, Hello Robin also gives back to the community. Today, on Christmas Eve, I called them in the afternoon to see if they might have any leftover cookies to donate to a local transitional home for veterans. They immediately said yes and gave me a HUGE cake box full of cookies! I wish they could've seen how happy the veterans were when I brought it by. Thank you for being an amazing bakery in terms of cookies and spirit of community!!

I love their cookies. The Macklesmores is magnificent. Chocolate chip is a staple, you can't go wrong, love it. This time, they had a seasonal Peppermint Chocolate chip cookie, oh wow, really great. Only complaint is I want it bigger. Oh, the ice cream cookie sandwiches are great as well.

Cute little place! Delicious vegan options for both the ice cream and the cookies...I think that may have been one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had!

THE BEST dessert...in the world?? Seriously, I dream of these cookies with Molly Moon's ice cream wedged between. No matter what combo of perfectly baked cookies you choose, it's heavenly every time. If you're going to go one place in Seattle for dessert, do not miss saying Hello Robin!! P.s. My go-to order is the Macklesmore + Classic Chocolate Chip and Scout Mint ice cream. But also that Flourless Chocolate though...it's basically a brownie cookie

Cookies are delicious and, for the lactose-tolerant, lots of ice cream for you to pair with. Snickerdoodle and classic chocolate chip are my favorite. This shop got me through the pandemic and some and I still haven't tired of it. Two points of praise for this shop that I wish other Seattle-area restaurants did: 1) I appreciate the reasonable (and seemingly generous) hours which extend into the night. Perfect for those after-dinner dessert cravings. And they're open everyday. 2) They haven't gotten worse over the years (only better) - which unfortunately I cannot say is a given for the Seattle market. They are also completely nut-free which is great piece of mind for those with allergies. The most overpriced cookies that I keep coming back for.... so maybe that means they aren't overpriced?

Note the cookie dough ice cream is different than true Molly Moon- it is custom for Hello Robin. Two full sammies were had. Habanero chocolate chip cookie was so dank! The regular chocolate chip tasted warm, gooey, and fresh from the oven. The yeti and cherry chunk Molly Moon ice cream was rich and creamy. Long line tonight but it moved fast.

Food is five stars. Cookies are awesome, the vanilla bean ice cream is really good. Knocked a star because it’s quite expensive.
