The Onion Cheese Puff had such great texture, very satisfying to eat! It was priced pretty decently. I didn’t get the chance to take a picture though….
We haven’t gotten to the Cinnamon Roll yet, but it looks very promising!! It seems a little over priced, but we’ll see if it redeems itself in taste later.
Overall, a very positive experience!

Everything here is perfection! All the classics - croissants, bread, quiche, cookies, etc. - are on point, and their in-house specialities and seasonal sweets are amazing as well. I literally had the best raspberry thumbprint cookies of my life, which prompted me to write this review (they were THAT good). Their coffee is good as well. The service has always been super friendly.

This place was really cute and had a lot to offer. We stopped in later in the day so didn't get any coffee, just some pastries. But they looked so good and everything is made in-house. We got a cardamom bun, tart, and some gooey brownie bites. Friendly staff too!

This place will never disappoint. Easy, relaxed atmosphere. Friendly service. Delicious and fresh bakery items, well made coffee. Indoor and, weather permitting, outside seating

One of my all-time favorite bakeries! I religiously frequented when I lived in Queen Anne, and still make a point to come back when I’m in town. But be be sure to get here early - they understandably sell out quick! 🇸🇪

I tried the plum walnut Danish, and it was delicious! It's a flaky pastry coil, with a just-sweet-enough walnut glaze (?), and half a plum nestled in. Really delightful, without a sugar crash.
The staff were friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be back!

This place is SO good! If you like marzipan you need to go here...so many delicious, well done, homemade confections. Plus, the rye (?) bread is delicious as well - used in their breakfast sandwiches and you can also buy it by the loaf. Can't even say how stoked I am to have this in the neighborhood!

Amazing Scandinavian bakery right in the heart of Seattle. An incredible display of pastries, cookies, cakes, coffee, and some lunch options. Well-deserved 5 star rating for this top-notch bakery! Mostly to-go with limited seating because majority of space is taken up by all the delicious baked goods!!

Byen Bakeri self describes as a modern Nordic cafe and that totally fitsm
The pistachio eclair was so chewy and flavorful. Breakfast sandwiches are very fresh and satisfying. My favorite is the salmon smorrebrod with fresh arugula and smoked salmon over dill cream cheese on rye

Update - recently tried the lemon lavender cake. The sponge is fantastic! The cake is a little sweet for my palate but overall a great combination!
I'm glad to have found this bakery. It's probably one of the only bakeries serving the princess torte cake in its original form. You can buy a slice or a full one. It's simply delicious!! Their coconut based cake is ok ish. Can have a stronger coconut flavor. They also have a good selection in traditional breads and cookies.
