I'm an admin and whenever I order Potbelly for meetings, people always rave about it. I'd also like to note that the folks here go out of there way to help a girl out. Catering and ordering is a breeze. I had a last minute large order and when I called in for the request they were so kind and truly helpful. Excellent service and delicious sandwiches - they're worth paying a little extra.

Chill and kind staff, good sandwiches, pretty fast service, and slapping sweets. Got the Mediterranean a few times which is good and tried the smores cookie for the first time and it's amazing.

Order online to schedule your sandwich. If you choose to go in line, no worries, it goes fast. They have some combos you may want to check out, maybe even grab a short shake or a cookie.

Consistently good sub. You always know what you're getting. One less star because they do skimp on the meat and have to pay extra for a decent portion of meat. Other than that, it's pretty good. If you go to this location at lunch time, go early or late as there's usually a long line.

Really good! The veggies are fresh and you can choose the ones that you want to put on it. The hummus on the Mediterranean sandwich is really flavorful and they put a generous amount on it. I got the sandwich on the flatbread, which is soft and fluffy even after being toasted. This bread is listed on their website as vegan, and you can get the Mediterranean without cheese for a vegan sandwich. The only complaint o have is that the sandwich isn't very big, maybe about 6 inches, but it's good for a light lunch. Also, the Good Health chips are amazing, and you can easily pretend they are healthy.

Every so often I go in for a breakfast sandwich before heading into work upstairs. The bread is always fresh and their hot peppers are delicious. Daydrien is usually the one who helps me, she is always so friendly and kicks off my day with positive conversation, and she crafts a top notch sandwich every time! Thank you Daydrien and Potbelly!

This place gets really busy from 11am-1pm due to lunchtime in the busy downtown area, but anytime before or after that shouldn't be as busy. However, I used the potbelly app 2 hours in advance outside the busy hours and my order wasn't made until I got to the restaurant. Other than that this place is great for a quick bite to eat!
