First stop at a local joint in Seattle. Picked up a visitor from the airport and gave them first choice. We ended up here and really liked it. It’s a cozy, yet modern, cafe. Pretty traditional coffee shop options. Everything was made well and tasted good. Of particular note, they had a sign up say no need to tip, the prices incorporate what it takes to pay people appropriately. Big kudos to the management/owner on prioritizing workers.

I like this cafe! The interior was bright and clean with a cautious and tentative staff to take orders, it certainly put you at ease with COVID. The coffees were good.

Found this coffee shop through a blog of top Seattle coffee shops. I liked the minimalist look and color palette from pictures I saw so thought I’d check it out. I was greeted kindly when I entered and ordered the macchiato. The barista clarified they craft classic coffee drinks so this macchiato is not like that of Starbucks. I thanked them and let them know I was aware since I had researched them a little beforehand. I sat down and they brought the drink over soon after. It was delicious IMO. Perfect amount of that bitter espresso flavor but smoothed out with the milk froth. Will definitely go back.

Simple place to get some work done or just for a sip of coffee in Capitol Hill. I have their Colombian beans at home and been enjoying them every morning lately. Cortado is great... their drip coffee is a bit strong for my taste.

Great coffee, friendly staff, quick service, and lots of places to sit. Great place to do work too, because there are plenty of sockets and fast WiFi. And I'll be honest, I love their no-tipping policy. I'll be back!

My favorite coffee shop in Capital Hill. The coffee beans are the star of the show. Love that I can get single origin beans for a latte. Ethiopian beans are my favorite and I was able able to get a latte with some. Milk was foamed beautifully. Latte had great texture through the whole drink. Been here quite a few times and every barista has made a great drink. Whip cream here is amazing. They make different kinds all the time. Had the earl grey whip cream & it's so delish. Always look forward to getting a good cup of coffee when I'm near Capitol Coffee. ☕

This is a very chill coffee shop with friendly staff. The coffee is good and it's always quiet. Its a great place to hangout and with the summer coming it's also a great place to grab some nitro cold brew. I would recommend coming here for sure. Also they don't have tipping because it is just included which I love.

Glad Capitol hill also gets Seattle coffee work. Personally I love this one more than the one in Ballard. I usually oder latte at different shops. Compare this one to Ballard, the latte is not that bitter, and smells great. The store is very clean and bright. Definitely a good place to get a freash morning with high quality coffee.

Gorgeous space, great coffee! Happened by here this afternoon while in town. I would suppose the espresso is a lighter medium roast based on the flavor profile. Granted I had a latte, not pure espresso. Great latte art, and cool to see another mod bar in action!

Chanced by here on a coffee hunt and this is hands down the best I've had so far (after trying some well-known Seattle establishments). Perfectly pulled shots, lovely beans, friendly and knowledgeable baristas. Perfect start to the day!
