Ordered the Korean wings, Soon Duboo, and Szechuan Chicken. Anyone who is a fan of the traditional Korean soft tofu soup needs to try it here. First time I have ever had it in a seafood broth and I must say, I liked it a lot, very different and enjoyable. The Szechuan Chicken very was good too with a more traditional flavor profile. The Korean wings even though it had a lot of sauce, was very crispy which told me they are most likely double frying them. Overall a must try place

Jae’s is a local Madison Valley restaurant that I’ve been going to for 18 years. Jae initially ran it as a franchise, now he owns it with this current name. I often think of this restaurant as the “Cheers” of sushi! Always an upbeat atmosphere with delicious food. I usually dine alone but when I’m here, I don’t feel alone. Everything is fresh, you can ask for certain changes, and it’s always a great experience.

The service was a little awkward as there was some confusion and mistakes in the food/spice level but the food was great and they even boxed the food for us at the end. Thanks!

Wow, this unsuspecting neighborhood restaurant was so good! We were expecting run of the mill sushi and Asian fare, but had some really amazing dishes. Our favorites so far have been the Mapo Tofu with eggplant, Beef & Lotus salad, and the sushi rolls. I had fresh sockeye with avocado and it was perfect. There is a cute, quiet patio in the back that is great for dining in the summer months. Super friendly service and kind family who runs it.

Very good potstickers, really hit the spot. California roll really lived up to it's expectation and was delicious. Waitstaff were very kind and helped us very well! Good job. 5 stars.

Jae’s provides a unique, delicious blend of Asian cuisine sure to bring delight to your palate. From the wonderful and mouthwatering cucumber salad handcrafted by chefs with multiple years of experience to the various and beautifully displayed rolls made by Jae himself, this is the place to go.

I hesitate to write this because I don’t want a line outside of my neighborhood sushi place :-). BUT I love going to Jae’s and sitting at the sushi bar and having omakase . I would put Jaes creativity with his sushi and flavors against anyone. The fish he serves is super fresh and I’m always pleasantly surprised by his presentation!!!

Stopped in for a lite meal after taking a nice walk in the arboretum. Staff was very welcoming and the menu had just what we were looking for. Some light & fresh spring rolls, a few dumpling and a soup. We shared it all and it was delicious. Doesn't look like much from the outside but very much worth the visit. Thank you!
