Always get great service & in a friendly manner from the staff, especially Grant, who is good at remembering names. There is a worker that makes me uneasy as I have noticed her watching me from a distance while Ibwss ordering. Before leaving, this worker was now making the drinks & asked me if I planned on ordering anything, while I took a minute to check my email. I pulled out the item I purchased & she replied that the lobby area was closed. I am surprised that Starbucks employs someone so officious & unfriendly.

Parking would've normally been an issue here, (4:15pm) but not this time! Found a spot near the entrance.
Upon entering, was greeted from the barista with a warm smile, and what sounded like an authentic, "Welcome in!". He immediately assessed that I had an order, which he had already started and was 1/2 ( out of 4 drinks all requiring additions.)way done with, asked if I were there for an order I had just placed 5 minutes before hand.
While finishing the order, he was able to maintain conversation, asking how my day was, and then asked what the agenda was. Asked if I needed additional straws, handed me the drinks, then gave a genuine, " Have a good evening!". In and out of there in less than 10 minutes.

Probably one of the best drinks served to me in a Seattle Starbucks, even versus the first. The Coffee Master made my drink perfectly and I enjoyed both the bar + register persons charisma. Thank you!

This is a really interesting location. It's right in the heart of Fremont and there's 2 floors to this place. Outside there's a large patio which looks over the Fremont bridge and is great for people watching. Overall, a super cool place to set up for work and drink coffee.

I really liked this place. The people here were super nice and very hopeful. The service was nice and quick and the place is kept clean. I would definitely highly recommend this establishment.

This location has the quality you'd expect from any Starbucks with friendly service and a good amount of seating, which is a nice plus. The biggest plus though is that there is an upstairs, which is great because there is actually a pretty good view from inside.

This location had very fast service. The employees were great, very friendly and helpful despite the very early hour of the day. My customized drink was made as requested to their usual standards. No complaints about my visit in the least. I will definitely visit this location again when I am back in the area and would recommend it to others.
