Seattle is not known for its Mexican food (rightfully so) but this place is a major exception. Their pork chile guajillo burrito one of the best I’ve ever had and I grew up in Chicago (which is known for great Mexican food)

Best chile relleno in Seattle. It’s one man cooking, serving, and cleaning so it’s a little slow but definitely worth it

So Chile Pepper is the real deal! Whole foods, and personalized service. The food is prepared with Love...(the Mole!) And the owner adds pizzazz to the entire experience! Our new neighborhood Mexican place!

Cute spot with a friendly staff. Come here for a personal touch and stay for the amazing food. This place is unique and fresh. You must try the margaritas

A piece of real Mexico in the middle of Seattle. The place is very nice and comfy. The food is truly Mexican and the sauces are spectacular!
You must try the guacamole con totopos. From its presentation to it's taste is a true delicacy.
The mole Poblano, is also delicious.
Just be careful cause 1 tequila is never enough :)

SUCH a Wallingford gem!!! The enchiladas verdes have thus far been my favorite. The man who runs this place is also so kind. Burritos are also very good and huge

This is authentic Mexican food! Take it from an ex-Californian. I'm very glad I found this place. Try the mole sauce. My raven loved the beans, rice, and cheese enchiladas we got. The guy who brought our food had a sense of humor.

Cute little family-owned restaurant. Service was a little slow but overall good experience and Good vibes.
The food however was very Americanized and bland. No Mexican flavors. Even the rice was plain white and not Spanish rice.

Great food for a casual dinner. If you're looking for more a fine dining, this isn't it, but if you want a nice, casual time supporting a local business and can manage to wait for a few extra minutes since one person is operating the floor, it's amazing. I don't always crave Mexican/Tex Mex, but it will be a go to spot every now and then. The person working is also very sweet and nice.

Great and personable owner who you can tell really cares about customer satisfaction. Visited late on a weeknight and he recommended margs for us while we waited for our food and even gave us a sampler to try. Very gracious host
