Ice cream is really good. I honestly don't know why people gave it one star, bobba is decent. Two ladies that works here are pretty nice. I don't know why people left one star review just cause they had one single bad incident, and it not even about the food.

Cute ice cream/bubble tea/dessert parlor! The desserts are just adorable and taste even better than they look! We had the strawberry kiss ice cream roll, which reminded me of the Good Humor strawberry shortcake bar (which I LOVE), but this was WAY better, more strawberry flavor and the ice cream was very creamy, not icey!👍🏾 Friendly service, price is on point! Can't wait to come back this week! ❤

Key lime pie was good, but not too sweet. For those that love sweetness, i would say don't get it. Overall though, this place is good!

I was at Imperial Foot massage next door, and saw Hi B3ar on my way to the parking garage (there is free 2 hour parking). The menu is large, and different than average places that serve boba tea. I tried the peach oolong salt milk foam tea w/ jellies. I asked the woman who was working a lot of questions and she was helpful and friendly. It tasted delicious, and my husband wished he had ordered one too (he had the last of mine).

Great ice cream! It has actual fruit in it and gives the ice cream an amazing texture. The topings are varied enough to make the ice cream different every time. Good smoothies too! Fun atmosphere. Only downside is the lack of parking. If you are in the area and want something sweet its a great idea.
