I am a big fan of this place. The owner is so warm, accommodating, and super friendly. I was also seriously impressed by the fruit patbingsu we ordered. So refreshing on a nice summer day. Make sure to grab a cap and decorate it :D

It's absolutely amazing that they're open and functional during covid. The owner is absolutely amazing. She makes you feel welcome, and is great with her suggestions. They're open to bringing pets and makes it very welcomed.
This was my second time visiting cites. I got their taro milk tea smoothie with bubbles and no sugar. Very open to customizations. Also do check out their froyos!

5/5 stars for the kindness and great service by the owner of the shop. During the Valentine’s Day snowstorm, she kept her shop open and was so warm, friendly and helpful to all her patrons. I saw her interaction with a lot of regulars and it’s obvious she cares a lot about her customers & community.
That said, the bubble tea is also really good. It took a little bit to get mine, but you know it’s fresh because you can see the shelves of tea leaves she uses to brew your tea. The rose bubble tea was delicious, one of the better bubble teas I’ve gotten on the Ave.
Will be back here for sure.

My friend brought me here and I'm so glad they did! The owner is very sweet and makes hot bubble tea at the perfect temperature. She is very nice and remembers customers. The waffles are delicious! I did not even know taro soft serve existed, it's great. The customer bottle cap art on the walls and table is a unique touch, fun to look at and talk about while dining, and fun to contribute to. Very memorable and very much deserves 5 stars!

Citra is certainly my favorite place to get boba/smoothies on the Ave. The employees are nice and very helpful, the selection of drinks is excellent (Especially the smoothies), and the store is cozy without feeling crowded. Prices for the drinks are are fair especially for the quality. Everything I have gotten from Citra has always been great!

Ooo shaved ice and Mochi I’m in! Went here on a Friday night. It was quiet and almost empty with a nice lady working by herself. We ordered and sat down and she was very friendly in helping us order. About 10 minutes later we see the huge shaved ice come in all decked out in toppings. I had the matcha and it was delicious. Matcha flavor was all throughout the soft serve and shaved ice, didn’t see a spot of blank ice by itself. The Mochi was good, could have been softer and chewier but the red bean was delicious! Definitely complimented the coarse shaved ice. I would come back!

Came here for a vegan treat and oh my! The soy frozen yogurt reminded me of my Latin home country, it was crazy good and so many yummy topping options. The lady (didn’t catch her name) working there was so sweet and very accommodating with an order that was allergy friendly. Will definitely be going back soon.

A wonderful atmosphere and delicious bubble tea! This is a nice and cozy place to grab a bubble tea and chat with a friend. The staff is also amazingly friendly and helpful. I ordered a Jasmine bubble tea which was recommended by the staff and it did not disappoint!

Similar to old time 팥빙수 I had when I was younger, but fancier. Should have tried in summer, but little cold for shaved ice. Taste was great.

This place is amazing!! The tea and the atmosphere are just to die for. The lady who owns the place takes care of everyone so well that I feel like I’m goin to visit at grandmas :)
