Market Cafe

I was very impressed by the positive energy that the cashier emanates. She seemed very happy and I think that my somewhat dreary attitude was transformed just by her being so happy to help me. If I had a reason to be at the hospital everyday I think I would probably make it a point to go to the Starbucks just because of the interaction that I had with her which was then followed up by the barista (also a Nick) making my drink perfectly and also having a great energy. These two seem like the perfect employees to be working in a location that must be pretty negatively charged for the most part. People don't come to hospitals because they want to celebrate how well they're doing.

Today it happened again! Ana the Filipina barista treated me rude. Every time we go in this branch we always ordered 5 drinks and all the time she messed up our order and she’s the one who’s telling us that messed up our order. But today same things happens again they made a mistake in my order and she told me right in my face in front of the other customers that I always messed up on my order, and she even whispered to her co-worker that I always messed up on my order right in front of me. Their the one who made a mistakes on my order because I know what is my order and I never drink grande size I always buy venti so why would I messed up on my on drinks. That’s not how you treated your regular customer. I think they cannot handle big orders. I should just let it go, but she makes me feel so embarrass in front of the other customers

John and I stopped here yesterday after my ultrasound appointment. The staff here is so friendly and so nice, I really got a kick out of the Young confident fellow that appears to know all of the customers my name. I really love the sandwiches here and you must try the dragon fruit refresher drink, so delicious. Keep up the good work
