Careful, fries here are not Gluten Free!
Normally, A&W fries are GF, but this place mixes items with KFC. If you order fries here, you get the KFC Secret Recipe fries which are coated in wheat flour.

Absolute worst customer service. They told us our wait time would be ten minutes to cook a chicken sandwich. We were completely ok with waiting. After 25 minutes, they finally brought our food out to us. Whatever... At least it'll be fresh right? Only to find we didn't have our complete order. So I go in to get the rest of it and the lady working was SO RUDE! When she handed it to me and I walked off she says, thank you. Like I need to thank her for finally giving me the food that I ordered and have a receipt for??!! Wow people come on!

They have my favorite burgers. Very underrated but always delicious. No one ever says, "Let's go grab a burger at KFC A&W" but they should. Very good! The fries are great to. Crispy with seasoning. Just add rootbeer. (The workers do not seem happy to be there though. Maybe it was just the one I always get.)

Despite being the only customer at the time of my order, I waited nearly 10 minutes for my food. Despite the slow service, my meal was hot and fresh and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion of fries. The dining room was very clean and brightly lit. While there is no longer a separate "beer style" tap for their signature root beer, A&W does still make the beverage on site with real sugar (as opposed to corn syrup). The differences in flavor was worth waiting for!
