We enjoyed the food at the Ginger Palace. The general Tso was fresh and hot with good flavor. The vegetarian with grilled tofu was delightful. The vegetarian spring rolls had good presentation and were perfectly crispy. Service was quick. If you are staying nearby the airport then this is a very good option. We stayed at the Ramada because dining options are limited around the airport and this is inside the hotel. We will definitely be by again.

Crispy calamari with a good ginger dipping sauce, nice gravy on the broccoli beef, and the chow main was pretty good.

Everywhere in Seattle was closed, but Gingers was open - which already earns them respect. The food was good. I'd like a little more selection of alcohol, but for a hotel restaurant they were doing good. We had several things, all of it was good. But the wings were best - I'd happily eat here again.

Terrible place with poor service. The waitress has a horrible attitude and not friendly. She was being condescending and rude when we were drinking some other drink from outside. The food was average at best that is overpriced. You can cook better food at home. Later on I went home and checked my statement and saw an extra $4 charge, it seems someone changed the bill to gave themselves a $4 tip which is fraud. 0/5 if I could.

Wow! They were the ONLY ones open in a two mile radius for dinner tonight due to "inclement weather." They are a very small restaurant located within the Ramada and they have LOTS of things on their menu! Service was friendly. We waited a while to be seated and the food was good, but not anything too special. It hit the spot though for being in 18 degree weather. Even Dennys was closed; and Ginger Palace was open for full business. Very impressed.

Not a bad option for quick late night food. I enjoyed the Kimchee fried rice well enough, but the general consensus from my party was "alright."

The Shaking Beef dinner dish had the most incredible filet mignon. The sake-based sauce paired exquisitely with the cubed steak and onions. I added a bit of some red chili pepper sauce to heat up the dish a bit and the leftovers were just as excellent as it was hot off the wok! My only adjustment I might have preferred would have been some greens like broccoli or cabbage associated with the dish, but I will definitely get this again when I return to the Ramada!
