The price range I'd say is between Genki and Blue C. But for a once in awhile treat I'd say it's pretty worth. Definitely come here during happy hour if you're on a budget though. They also have a 5% discount going on right now if you share a photo on social media outside of happy hour. This is definitely one of the best conveyor belt sushi places in the U District. They're not stingy with their portions and you can always order something if you want it fresh or if you don't see it on the belts.

One of the most convenient sushi belt restaurants if you live in the University District. I find it a little pricey but the late lunch and late dinner deals are worth it.

No better place for reasonably priced Sushi in all of Seattleland. It's located directly below your friendly neighborhood Jimmy John's, and it always plays great music. If you want to eat somewhere that feels exactly like a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, this is the place to go. Reasonable prices, nice staff, and you'll never leave hungry if you eat enough food. Plus, they have cheesecake and that's just great.

Updating my year old post to reflect my most recent experience. I ordered 3 sushis that were made to order. I'm assuming some the roll was fresh, the ingredients weren't because all of the sushi was as chewy as bubblegum. With dishes having bubbles in them (soap maybe?) alongside feeling horrible after eating 4 of them, I'll be heading elsewhere for my Japanese escapes and would recommend others do the same.

The service was sub par, and had the feeling that I was a nuisance as I was asked if I was finished yet when I had barely been there for 30 minutes. It is very dark environment, and the music is unnecessarily loud. The sushi ranged from adequate to a feeling that the ingredients may not have been fish. For their price range, they dont have a lot of leeway on quality, but even if they had been cheaper, I still would have rated them the same.

Sushi Town is a surprisingly lovely establishment. The sushi is priced well (very affordable) and the quality is great! The nigiri always tastes fresh and the portion are huge. I also really enjoy the sides available: udon, miso soup etc. And their desserts are pretty tasty too re: matcha roll cake. The staff is friendly but don't be afraid to wave 'em down as it does get busy. Overall I would 100% recommend Sushi Town to everyone if you want inexpensive, delicious sushi!

Stopped in for the first time during happy hour... the food on the belt was pretty much all the opposite of what it should be. Fried things were cold and soggy, sushi was lukewarm, even the tea we ordered was tepid. The takoyaki wasn’t turned during cooking, so it was flat and a little over cooked on one side. A couple of the unusual rolls we tried were downright gross. There was a long curly hair in the wasabi jar. Definitely not coming back.
