This place is pretty close to my work so I go there often. I would say they are pretty consistent with the quality of their food. The sandwiches are made fresh, the salad bar always looks fresh and good, and they have a nice rotation of meals that they prepare daily.

Good food, nice daily variety of soups, sandwiches and special entrees plus the price is right.
Myrtle Edwards park is a short walk south of here via the Thomas St pedestrian overpass making for some nice picnic outings with their food as well.

About the worst place to get food. You want undercooked food, watery sauces, lack of options, and grumpy faces when you dare to ask them to make it again? By all means go here. Never mind the whining about competition from food trucks to the degree where the trucks finally moved a few blocks down. Or how about that time when they didn't call out my name when my sandwich was ready. I've given them plenty of opportunities to get it right. They refuse to recognize what makes a decent meal or how to treat customers (or human beings for that matter). I'll walk the extra few blocks to a food truck.

The sandwiches are great small place sometimes it is crowded come lunch time and not to many places to sit. But overall a good place for a quick bite to eat

It does what it tries to do well - have daily variety with healthy options at a reasonable price. Its also very quick, usually in and out in under 5 minutes if you go for a daily selection.
