Mcdonald's

No matter how you time it, morning, afternoon or evening, the quality and lack of customer service is deplorable. The intercom system Is hot and miss and often you have to pay the person who hands you food. Heath inspectors, please check this place out. Somehow the same rules do not apply to every customer. Thank you to kind Hispanic ladies who work in the morning; you always serve with a smile. I hope you find better employment somewhere that appreciates you.

Good McDonald's in this area is hard to get. Completely inconsiderate and seemingly always ran and operated by people who have no idea what to do. This last visit took over 20 minutes for a McChicken and a mcdouble. The mcdouble was fine as I had ordered right at the start of lunch, the McChicken was hard and barely warmed as if it had been built and staged on the warmer before I had ever shown up. There was one single employee who was kind and empathetic towards the customers having to wait so long for their food. It took an additional five or more minutes to get a side of Mac sauce into a nugget box and to the front counter. I am very disappointed in the direction this location has gone and while it is the closest to my home, I will likely not eat here again.

I tried to order ice cream. The person immediately got smart with me when I asked if they sold chocate ice cream, she said they hD chocolate sundaes I adked is there chocolate ice cream she got very nasty saying there wasn't any and when I stated that's all I Sked she told me she didn't act have to serve me Of course I was irritated due to the response. A I wanted was a chocolate ice cream and I went to the next window and asked for the manager and was told she was the manager. How terrible her customer service was. She came to the next window and told me to get out of line and I told her I was going to report her and told her to screw herself and she tossed a large coke into my car. As I was cleaning the coke and ice out of the car when I pulled to the front she came out and told me she was calling the police. I told her to make sure she did. Once I was done I left. I wi return during the day and report her. This took place at 8:30 pm on Monday 6/27/2022.

Very poor quality food. Over priced at $11+ for a combo meal ordered inside. The burger was luke warm, small and tasteless. I don't see how these fast food chains stay in business. It's obvious this place is lacking good management. Must say the service was a 3 star alright. Not much enthusiasm amongst working crew.
