By far one of the best barista’s serving this area. I go in most mornings on my way to & i catch her at the busiest times. Working alone & handling all the hospital staff orders, she does her best to keep the line moving & limit the wait time as we are all rushing off to work. Her coffee suggestions are always on point, i have enjoyed all her suggestions & the newest latte called cheesecake is my new favorite. However i do enjoy the toasted macaroon latte as well. Most days I make sure to be early just to stop and my coffee from her. I highly recommend a visit here.

This is my favorite neighborhood cafe! As soon as I walk in, busy or not, the baristas welcome me by name and know what I like to order. I can always rely on a pleasant experience and satisfying coffee and food. Thanks for being the best part of my mornings!

If you're near Harborview Medical it's a great place to grab a bite to eat and a quick hot coffee or tea. Very welcoming atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff

Used to come in here all the time a few years ago and loved it. The staff were always wearing smiles and full of energy and the daily trivia was a highlight of my morning. I don’t know if it is Under new ownership or something else happened but much of the old staff left all at around the same time and it’s never been the same. Would still go in occasionally for a snack and a coffee but the coffee was so hir or miss I stopped even getting that and would just get a snack. Well now for the third time in a row my food was messed up. First time it was a wrap that was so smashed the fillings were spilling out of both ends. Second time I’m not even sure what happened but only half the sandwich was cooked, the other half cold and most of the fillings were mashed onto one side. Last thing I went and got was a bagel, toasted with cream cheese. Heard the timer go off for the bagel, the person behind the counter turned it off then proceeded to help multiple more people. Finally had to ask them to get it for me and they just shoved it in the bag without looking. What do ya know, it was burnt. It would be fine if there were lines out the door like the old days, but there were not too many people and they spent much of this time chatting to the other person working and barely even acknowledging costumers. I will give it credit for location, but with all the other food and coffee places opening in the area I think I’ll take a longer walk and find better options.

i’ve been coming to Diva for a few years now and this is hands down my favorite coffee shop in the area. Christina knows me as soon as i walk in and what my usual order is and i hear her do the same for others standing in line. if i don’t know what i want on a visit she gives great recommendations and will even ask if i want to try a new idea she has for a drink. the shops pastries and cold case are always stocked and look very organized and the menu and front window always look very nice and celebrate the current season. 10/10 would recommend

The staff at the Harborview location are fantastic. Christina is always very welcoming and cultivates a fun atmosphere for customers. She knows all the regulars by name and drink and it's nice to have a sense of community like that, especially right now.

The staff here are wonderful. They are friendly and always had smiles. We were waiting for family at Harborview hospital Seattle. We stayed for quite some time. It never got too busy for us not to remain at a table. We had a restroom and food and great coffee. We always gave extra tips for letting us stay for so long.

The BEST coffee shop by far. Christina the manager makes the best drinks and I am obsessed with the whip cream. She is always so sweet and attentive right when I walk in. She is a complete gem ✨ and I would highly recommend trying this place out!
