Fun, clean, and quality place for sandwiches. I love the positivity and funny signs around the restaurant, even the bathroom. They love the mayo on sandwiches, the cheese and condiments are well balanced with the meat.

Friendly staff, fast service, good tuna sub. Nice, bright location. Loved the booths by large windows. It's at a crossroads of NW Market and 15th.

This place is super wonderful, always great service! Today was an exceptional experience... For some crazy reason Jimmy John's decided to offer $1 sandwiches.... crazy right!?! Well we were there to experience the cut off of the 8pm deadline. The grace & class this team showed to the sadly late customers was phenomenal. I am sure they were all exhausted as some had been there since early morning hours but they managed to continue to have the winning/can do attitude that this company is striving for. I believe this is one of the best stores in the area & will continue to be a loyal customer. One thing I think could be beneficial is to allow in restaurant tipping, I would have tipped! Thank you for the wonderful dinner & smiles.

The crew of this location are blistering quick and incredibly kind. I work close by and they always get my food quickly, even when busy. In 6 months they messed up one order but they made it right immediately. I appreciate them feeding my bacon and hot pepper addiction. The restroom is always clean too.

Jimmy John's radio commercials are very catchy and very funny at times. Jimmy John's really has quick service, great selection of quality & fresh food on the menu and very fair prices. No matter what location you go to the service is excellent, quality subs, quick service no matter if they deliver or if you order at the location and lots of snacks to choose from. Good sandwich, but the delivery person was extremely rude and had a hard time finding my place. I've ordered several times here before and every delivery person I've intereacted with isn't pleasent . I love these sandwiches but I might have to pass next time. Thanks to the manager to compt my sandwich. You were very understanding. I think his name was James.

These people are COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Rude is an understatement! The ONLY light that shines in this place is BRIAN. he is awesome. He delivers to my house and is a doll
If I walk by and see him in there, I'll go get food. Otherwise absolutely no!!!
Don't go here unless Brian is working. And I agree with the other reviews, cashier with neck tattoo has GOT TO GO, otherwise this place will loose customer's. What a shame. ..I wonder if the owner knows :(

Food is fine. But have had my orders voided numerous times due to not having a delivery person. That is the number one thing this compy is supposed to do and when you have a short lunch break and no time to go anywhere it is extremely frustrating to not have your lunch.
