We came at around 9:30 last night (Friday night) the women working seemed to be trying their best. We were not greeted but were seated with four minutes. We ordered drinks and appetizers. By the time we finished our appetizers we still did not have our waters or drinks. We never received a refill throughout the meal. I asked for a side of veggies and was charged $18 for it. She refused to help address the inaccuracy of the bill. They gave us gravy uncooked and it was just a really depressing experience to be treated like they treated us. The bill came to around $65 and it just really felt like we were being hustled by the staff. Below is an image of the receipt and the hash browns covered in gravy, which was a replacement for missing biscuits…so sad about this.

What can you say about an American institution. Denny's vary from restaurant to restaurant but the Burien Denny's is soooo goooood. Nice servers, good eats, flavors that take you back to your childhood. I have found memories of my Father and I stopping in at Denny's as we traversed the West Coast, this one restaurant brought back those memories on a plate!
Please remember be nice to your server, you are not the only table they wait on.

I had a horrible experience here. Had a to go order for 5 of my team members. 1 double cheeseburger, 2 cheeseburgers, frechtoast slam, and a glamsandwich. I tried to call ahead and no answer.
When I arrived there to order. A couple showed up the same time I did. The couple got to sit down and eat their lunch. And we both left at the same time. I waited 40 minutes. And to make matters worse, half the order was ready. So by the time the other half came out it was cold.
I was so upset, I wanted to talk to the manager. But, I didn't want my team to wait any longer. Plus, get colder.
Forgot to add the sad double cheeseburger and cheeseburger. Not worth it. And no fries to boot.

This is the most efficiently run Denny's I've ever attended. They sat people fairly quickly, the employees worked well, and very quickly, with each other and supported each other, they listened well, kept their eyes out for people at tables that needed service or clearing up after customers left. Additionally the food was perfectly prepared, i.e., the eggs, bacon, and French toast were all just right. I definitely will return in the future to this particular Denny's.

Great hash browns and service. The eggs were perfect, but the bacon and sausage were not cooked properly. The French crepes were great a little flat and rubbery but tasted great. They have lots of room for improvement.

Food tasted good and delivery worked out however, it's unfortunate because I know this place well enough to say that their customer service and people skills majority of the time for at least 75% of their employees simply don't exist in other words most of the workers here are unfriendly, disrespectful ,judgmental and just outright rude!
And it's sad to not only watch but experience as well and on more than one occasion really know the reason at all or else I might understand but I just don't and can't understand the logic regarding the way they handle situations. And honestly I'm just shocked that they even have a job still or even at all.

Had a wonderful experience here thanks to Xiomara! I went for dinner with my aunt & her 4 kids, we were greeted promptly, drinks were brought fast and the order taken right after. She was the only server working and had a lot of other tables, but despite being busy she was attentive and patient. Food was great also. Will be back, thanks Xiomara :)

We went on a super busy Sunday morning and just wanted to give a huge shout out to Gina, who was running the entire floor. She was the hostess, waitress, busser, and I don't know if she's officially a manager but she was definitely running the place. Her waitress team was useless, the Denny's would have fallen apart without her. We made sure to leave a good tip! Thanks Gina!!!
