Taco Time Nw

I love Taco Time, but this location is doing something very wrong. Incredibly poor quality. My soda is flat, my entire meal is stale, smooshed, and lukewarm warm; Completely unacceptable. My burrito and mexi fry box were smashed at the bottom of the bag. Please place the food in the bag, do not just drop it - and heres a crazy idea, use two bags if you have to. I mean I just spent about $50 dollars and this is my experience? 100% disappointed. How do I get a refund Taco Time? This is terrible, and the staff needs to be re-educated and supervised.

Just went there, not sure what's going on. Ordered a classic veggie burrito at the speaker, but when i got to the window, they were totally confused. Told me they didn't have that. Kept insisting it was a veggie taco I had ordered because they don't have burritos. I told them it's on the sign. I'd also been to this location a couple times before and they had it. Then they asked what I wanted on the burrito. At least they were willing to try to make me one? But the lady had a bit of an attitude, and when it comes to food, you never know what an annoyed server might do to it, so I just left and went to the one on 99. Maybe they were both new? Not going back there tho. Also, I'm kind of relieved that this happened because as i was taking to them, what I could see of the inside didn't seem all that clean.

We ordered take out through the drive through and when ordering they weren’t very easy to hear or understand. We got to the window and waited about 5 minutes for our food and we had to correct them on a few things. The employees kept on talking like they were talking to us not closing the window when talking to the people ordering. Also had to go back and have them give us our sauces and drinks they forgot.

I really love Taco Time, but I cannot recommend this location. After a couple bad experiences in their early days, I’ve tried it twice in the past couple weeks. Both times recently I’ve received entirely incorrect, or incomplete orders. The first time I reached out to the company directly. I work in food service and don’t believe in publicly complaining about minor issues. After getting the about $10 less in food than I ordered, Taco Time sent me $20 in gift cards (very quickly.) Today I decided I would try again and put one of their gift cards to work. My order was correct… but missing 1/3 of what I ordered (missing about $7 in food.) After my previous experiences, I really should have checked before driving away, but I guess I’m a trusting person/courteous Seattleite that didn’t want to hold up the cars behind me. At this point I don’t want anything else from the company, I just want this location to be better… but I will not be going back here again. I’ll go to Aurora instead, and I’ll probably take a break from the company entirely after my gift cards are out.

Soft fish taco was not as good as ones I normally get from other Taco Time:( the fish had no flavor.... At least Mexiflies and crisp burrito were nice and crispy:) I ordered ahead from the app to avoid waiting in line. When I got there, there was a long line at the drive thru, so I walked inside to pick up my order. But my order was not ready. All the drive thrus were served first while I was waiting for 10 more minutes from the original pick up time... They said sorry for the wait, but I felt neglected:(

Been a Taco Time fan for decades. The Lake City location has been a disappointment every single time I have been there. The location is take out only at this point in covid, so I ate in the parking lot, my mexi fries were cold, I didn't get the requested salsa, one taco was almost nothing but lettuce barely any chicken meat in it whatsoever no tomato. My other Taco had two tomatoes lettuce and chicken no cheese. I am so over Lake City Taco Time never going back.

Do not go here if you are on foot. They will refuse you service. You can't rely on your order being correct, even if it's a basic thing like having no ice in your drink. It's consistently understaffed. Do not order the fish as this location. I can't imagine any reason to go to this location when there's a Chipotle down the street.
