Happy Garden Restaurant

This Place does not deserve the 1 star. It is dirty, filthy, not presentable at all. Just do not come here. Worst restaurant experience I have ever been to. I did not dare try the food because when it was brought to us it had a hair on top. Guy serving food had dirty nails, was wearing paint splattered clothing and wearing sandals. We heard the Cook hocking up a loogie while preparing our food. So disgusting to think they were serving our food. Place itself has water damage on menu board. Open boxes containing who knows what on counter top. When he threw out our food (after him saying about the hair “someone put it there) he just tossed it in an open cardboard box by entrance not even the garbage can. Everything was unorganized. Unprofessional and once again dirty. This place should not be allowed to serve food in the city.

Went here late out with a group, they were very accommodating despite us being in a large group unannounced as it was a last minute decision. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp, have to say it was perfect. The walnuts were candied nicely, the shrimp was cooked perfectly, flavor was spot on. Will definitely get takeout from here in the future.

Great place to eat. We had food delivered from here last night, it was awesome!! Best Chinese I've had in a long time. We ordered the Honey chicken, Orange chicken, Sweet & Sour pork and the Special fried rice. All of it was amazing, especially the Special fried rice. I would highly recommend trying this place out.

The food is mediocre. The vegetables with it would've been good, but they were under-cooked. I got the Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice. It's probably the saltiest Chinese take out I've ever had. Also, the owner smacked my hand when I went to grab my bag because he was grabbing a soy sauce packet to put in there. Probably won't return. The place is also filthy.
