We went through the drive-thru and even though it was very busy, the staff were still very friendly and the food was great.
Probably the cleanest KFC I've visited.
Visited mid afternoon and had the place to myself. Nice spot for a sit down.
This is a small KFC compared to others, not a lot of seating and a car park which was on the small side.
But the place was kept clean and service was given with a smile and not just chucked at you as usual.
Lovely little half way stop from Weymouth. Polite staff ,clean premises , great food....
Sadly the service could be better, the wait time once ordered takes ages, last visit saw staff not doing anything yet still had to wait.

This KFC is very good. You see the guys working hard to get your order out quickly and correctly and they have not failed me yet. Well done to all at KFC Ivy cross Shaftsbury. There is enough parking but you can get blocked in by people using the drive through.
Great food, great service, much better then other KFCs
As good as a KFC gets - quick half-term lunch with the children nice and close to the skate park. Clean and the staff where friendly and polite.
Although this is quite small for a KFC restaurant, it certainly serves its purpose. Quite an small sized carpark although what do you expect from a small restaurant! The drive thru is a bit squeezed in and awkward to drive into. To be honest, remove the drive thru and add more parking spaces! A few
Tasty, crispy fried chicken - no buns provided with a bucket, pieces were all legs or similar which were smaller in quantity.
Service wasn't the best - had to go back and ask for tissues, ketchup, cups.
Overall, the place is buzzing usually, service is quick and food is pretty good.
