Clipper Cafe - Shaldon - Photo album

Popped in for an early lunch because of the bad weather. What a wonderful find. A very organised cafe, lovely seaside decoration throughout. Excellent service, great food, friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyable.
Staff were lovely - friendly and efficient. There was one vegan cake option (tiffin) which was very nice and we had the burrito and soup for lunch which were also very nice. Gorgeous views over the river.
Delightful café and justifiably busy on a wet Saturday lunchtime. Dogs are welcome and if their owners are coeliac then they can cater for them too. They have a separate fryer for gluten free and will substitute across their menu. They do gf bread and have a menu available via QR code where you can
This is a wonderful little cafe with food to rival the best food you can expect from local pubs. The staff are friendly and I would highly recommend a visit.
Lovely friendly cafe with a varied menu to suit everyone from those wanting just a quick snack to a 3 course meal. The food is prepared to order but we didn't have to wait long at all. Food is reasonably priced and nicely cooked but the alcoholic drinks were expensive.
Just had a lovely brunch with family. There is a good range of food on the menu - something for all tastes. Our food was lovely. The staff are all friendly. Think there could have been a dlfew more staff to clean the tables an outdoor area.
They have a great selection of food for gluten-free. The food was really tasty and delicious. All the food is sourced locally, and the staff were so nice and friendly. We sat out on the balcony with lovely views over the estaury. We will definitely visit it again. There is parking throughout Shaldon
Had breakfast on Saturday morning overlooking the river Teign and Teignmouth, I had a Sailors Breakfast which was very good and wife had Vegan Breakfast which she enjoyed. It arrived more quickly than expected. I WOULD RECOMMEND ARRIVING EARLY AS IT GETS VERY BUSY
Really nice cafeteria, with a beautiful outlook over the marina. Ample seating, both inside and out, helpful friendly staff with a great selection of food and beverages, the food is delicious and plentiful. We had our evening meals and breakfast there, great for the family and good value for money.
Just moved into area. This is now one of our favourite places for breakfast/lunch etc. Food is very good - but service is even better. A very tight-knit team that can deal with the busiest of days.
