The BEST Indian iv ever had! Iv had Indian curry from high end places in London and all over Essex. But the house of spice is the best iv ever had. So much so that last year I had to call them and tell them just how delicious the takeaway was that I had collected from them. And again today, while visiting the island on holiday, we've had an outstanding takeaway. And to top it off the people working there are always so so lovely. We always crave the house of spice when we're back on main land and always look forward to ordering when we're revisiting. 1000% 5 star rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just amazing. Went for small trip to isle of wight and google recommended us this place. We had butter chicken, lamb biryani, chicken tawa and alo paratha. All the dishes were amazing.

Really great food and great service. Definitely worth a visit. We don’t eat meat but the fish and veggie options were brilliant, tandoori prawns were tasty and the tarka dhal was very very good, we eat and make a lot of dhal and it was up there with the best!

The food was exquisite. Absolutely delectable. Service 10/10. Mr Rasheed constantly made an effort to engage with his customers and was intentive. He is an extremely friendly person. The atmosphere was inviting. 90s Bollywood music played in the background wrapping my ears in bliss and serenity. Overall this is a MUST visit restaurant; I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Food was amazing. My parents enjoyed the Bangladeshi fish curry and I found the butter chicken delicious. The restaurant manager and staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming. Fantastic food and service- best dinner to finish on our last night on the island.
