Steam Yard - Sheffield - Photo album

A nice little independent coffee shop. I went in at 9am (when it opens) and it wasn't too busy. Staff are kind and friendly. There is quiet music playing in the background which adds a nice touch. Coffee was tasty but nothing special. I would recommend.
☕🥐🥪 @steamyard 🥪🥐☕ I first discovered Steam Yard when it first opened living nearby as a student. It opened 10 years ago in an old silverworks yard off of Division Street and has been going strong ever since. It has a super laid back and comfortable vibe, a great outdoor area in the yard, and serv
Very nice little coffee shop in a beautiful out of the way yard, variety of seating options inside and out. Nice selection of food good for breakfast, brunch or a light lunch. Staff all friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely place for a quiet bite.
The courtyard area had all kinds of people from all walks of life filtering in and out, always a sign of quality. My flat white was robust with the right level of bitterness coming through. My mother had high praise for her little vegetable sandwich. And received some fascinating insight into V>VE
Whenever I go to Sheffield, I always make sure to grab a coffee from Steamyard. Great seletion of coffee and cakes and some very tasty savoury opions as well. Coffee is from Caravan and brewed very well, batch brew and guest espresso are always super delicious. Definitely recommend if you are in She
I always make a stop at steam yard when I’m in town, the best cakes and pastries! Really lovely courtyard to sit in if the sun is shining, tables inside do get very busy over lunch times and weekends but it’s understandable! Great vegan options and wonderful coffee. The sandwiches always look delici
Great little coffee shop in town... They make it seem simple. Great coffee, great food, great service. It's not complicated but they manage to just get it right.
Food was tasty and the venue was nice. Only niggle was that as our order was being taken by one staff member another removed the sandwiches from display and said they were no longer serving them! Very odd and honestly not great service, but we chose pastries instead which were lovely ☺️
Amazing coffee and often good treats! Be warned, a little pricey
Probably the best coffee in Sheffield. Excellent cake options but could do with a better warm food selection. It's not exactly a cosy place, fine in the summer but can be pretty cold in the winter, and the back room has a bit of Victorian prison vibe, but it's all worth it for the coffee.
A great stop in Sheffield for a coffee fix and tasty treats. Lovely courtyard seating. Would recommend!
Called to the Steam Yard again after a lovely visit with my friend a few months ago. The decor inside is ready for a freshen up, and unfortunately, it looked a bit grubby in places. Apart from this the service and food were really good. The three cheese toasties are gorgeous.
Sheffield’s favourite cafe!! Always serving perfect coffee but personally not the biggest fan of their croissants but my friends thought they were alright. Amazing cronut they do dont sleep on them!!
Very lovely independent coffee shop on Division Street in Sheffield. The atmosphere and the service is excellent, and the quality of food and coffee is very, very good.
I always come here for coffee in Sheffield! Best tasting coffee, great cakes with a great selection of gluten free. Always welcoming and friendly and even if I’ve been away for a while the hospitality is amazing. Well worth a visit!
One of the best coffees I’ve ever tasted. Wow. Pecan pie was also incredible. Great prices and fast service
What a wonderful little spot to relax and unwind! A little oasis with fantastic, seriously good cakes, croissant, doughnuts and all sorts. Top quality coffee, (Caravan Roasters) and plenty of seating inside and outside in the court yard. This was well worth the drive and I'm sure I'm going to be mak
What a cracking little coffee house, having just had brunch elsewhere, I popped into Steam Yard for a coffee and cake and I certainly wasn’t let down. Delicious cortado (number two of the day) and a pecan pie (didn’t last long), treat yourself if you’re near and enjoy another great place to devour d
