Visited with family on a weekday lunchtime so restaurant was fairly quiet. We all ordered from the lunchtime menu which was amazing value for money. Food was gorgeous and beautifully presented and our waitress was lovely, very helpful and attentive. Excellent food, and service. Would highly recommend
Had our anniversary meal here and it was sublime! The atmosphere was nice and private with minimal noise around us. The food was slightly more expensive than I would have liked but going on a special occasion made it more reasonable. The flavours were great as well. Only shame was the starter was really small but the presentation is quality
You need to be somewhat dress up ( smart casual).

Service and food was excellent. The steak, especially the fillet, was unparalleled. Jarica our waitress and steak expert delivered our food promptly and always with a smile and courteous demeanor. Couldn't recommend enough, a fantastic way to celebrate our anniversary.
Gorgeous food! We chose from the celebration menu and I would recommend that for a birthday celebration. They also set the table up with a birthday message for my friend. Great service too!
Went for a special birthday celebration and booked ahead a few weeks before. We were seated in a window overlooking the cricket pitch. Our waiter Oliver was very attentive. Offered advice on drinks when one of the cocktails we requested was unavailable. The food was good for the price we paid as we ordered off the special lunch menu. Atmosphere was relaxed and we weren't rushed, which was great.
We arrived early which wasn't a problem and were seated immediately in a pleasant, spotlessly clean restaurant. Our elderly mother was well accommodated at the table in her wheelchair. Our server, Caterina, was extremely helpful and attentive and was able to advise and recommend on the dishes to suit our needs and appetites! Service was within a reasonable time and the choice of food was good and expertly cooked to perfection. The prices were reasonable and we felt we received exceptional value for money. All in all, nothing was too much trouble, we were completely satisfied with the food and service and hope to visit again soon.
Our favourite steak house as usual, cote du beouf is our favourite among all, and the lamb cutlets is beautifully cooked, pink in middle, we got it as starter to share.

Another excellent Meal at Miller & Carter, Ecclesall Road South in Sheffield.
There is Parking at the front if you come from the Sheffield City side but I have always parked at the rear turning left into the car park, just after the restaurant entrance.
I had booked online and as soon as we arrived, we were seated at our table.
Whilst it was a busy Friday night the service could not be faltered.
May not have been the best choice of starter when having a large main course, but the Cheesy Garlic Bread to share was inviting for us both.
My partner having the 12oz Sirloin with the three peppercorn sauce. I was tempted by the 16oz Ribeye with beef dripping sauce. We both went for the chunky chips and were served with onion loaf.
Whilst only wanting a couple of other sides we were swayed by the choice of three for £10. So, we had, mac and cheese, garlic button mushrooms and sautéed greens.
It was a great meal with a couple of coffees to finish.
I know they have delightful desserts but that would have been overindulgent.
• Great value, 3 courses for £16.95 plus a free glass of red wine for signing up to the newsletter.
• Very good quality starter and main course. The steak was cooked to perfection for me, pink no blood.
• The surroundings were tasteful, comfortable and well maintained.
• Staff were first class - pleasant, professional and attentive, particularly Anna. Service was not too quick not too slow and flexible.
Minor negatives :
• Toilets surprisingly small and not as well maintained as everywhere else
• Profiteroles underwhelming, small portion very average.
