As a vegan it's always upsetting to have only 2 mediocre options on a restaurant menu. Our trip to Italia Uno was so far from this it was a dream come true. I didn't have time to count all the options on the menu, but it was exhaustive. We opted for the vegan Blue cheese and the vegan BBQ pulled pork, with the vegan tiramisu for dessert. It was hands down the best meal I've had since becoming vegan.
If you haven't been here before then please make a trip as soon as you can. A place like this is a luxury to find and needs to be supported! Thank you to the owner and the staff (who were all lovely to deal with.) I assure you we will be back on our next visit to Sheffield.
Exceptional little restaurant and coffee house. Service was fantastic. The lady whom served us was lovely, and very nice to talk to.
Couldn't believe how much choice the vegan menu had. I had the 'meaty' calzone, with vegan mozzarella, and it was absolutely divine. For dessert I had the chocolate brownie, and it was one of the best desserts I've had; definitely the best vegan one I have had. Had my dessert with a delicious vanilla chai latte. Went fantastic together. Remarkable little place, and way worth the drive from Loxley.
Will definitely return.
We tried Italia uno today and had our first vegan meal.. we were blown away! The lady behind the counter was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We ordered the vegetariano pizza, peanut butter and oreo cheesecake and the lotus biscoff chocolate brownie - we were very impressed and would recommend this place to anyone. �
Had a great meal, thank you. Always enjoy your food though usually we have it delivered. It made a lovely change to enjoy it straight from kitchen to plate without the bit in between!

I thought I'd already given a review! Cannot recommend Italia Uno highly enough. Not just lovely, authentic food, but from owners with a conscience. A business with an ethical background.

Italia Uno gets my vote every time - the only downside is it makes sticking to Slimming World much harder!! :D
Had a take away from here last night and was delicious. Was delivered within an hour and arrived piping hot. The menu choice is very varied and has good choices for gluten free and vegan. the deserts were very tasty too. Will recommend
Kym and the whole team at Italia Uno always produce brilliant food. The entire menu has fantastic diversity to keep everyone happy from full meat eater to vegan or someone who has many allergens to avoid. Have been going to Italia Uno for quite a while but tonight was the first time we had delivery and despite ordering quite late our delivery still turned up earlier than our prebooked time. Everyone enjoyed the food we ordered and we look forward to our next visit to Italia Uno. Italia Uno is a place I would recommend to anyone for both service and top quality food.

True authentic Italian. Can't beat it. Hands down the best restaurant quality food and all from a take away. Prices are lower than I expected and yet the quality is excellent. Veggie/vegan choices are abundant, making this place that extra bit special. Can't wait to come back.
Food is Amazing !! My roommate claimed it was the best lasagne she had ever had !
The pizza was fantastic and the sides (deep fried avocado and vegan mozzarella rice balls were on another level) definitely returning !
I've gone through pretty much all of the current menu now and have enjoyed every dish. Authentic flavours, a great selection and great vegetarian and vegan options too. Knowledgeable staff who are always happy to advise on what to try next.

Friendly service and great food, with a big menu including loads of vegan choices. You can even pop for a beer at the pub while you wait! Definitely recommended!
I called in last night and had the two specials, the cauliflower wings and the halloumi fries. Both were really delicious but think they should both be on the permanent menu they were so good! Lovely staff too.
A very very lovely and homely Italian place. They do traditional Italian food to order. The Parmigiana is one of the nicest starters I have ever had the pleasure of eating. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough if you are in the Sheffield area
Love this place - the most delicious vegan puddings which have had us coming back for more time and again. The vegan lemon cheesecake is unbelievable. Green goddess pizza delicious. Great as a takeaway on Fridays when they have discount partnership with fired arts pottery painting next door and you can eat pizza while you paint ceramics!
We ordered a takeaway from here last night, neither of us has ever heard of the place before but I'm so glad we gave it a go! My partner had pizza picante and I had vegan penne Al pollo. Such a treat for a vegan to have other options than just pasta in a plain tomato sauce, so glad they use vegan chicken and sausage in their dishes! The food was absolutely beautiful, I would highly recommend to any non meat eaters out there. I felt quite reasonably priced for how large the pasta portion was aswell! Will defo be re ordering from here.
Amazing food- had a vegan pizza and it was literally one of the best pizzas I've ever had (I'm not even vegan!). Delivery and service was another level to normal takeaways. Good price for what you get. Would highly recommend!
Not visited the actual restaurant, but ordered takeaway from here earlier. The vegan pizzas are quite possibly the best I've ever seen, everyone enjoyed them. A nice selection of vegan deserts as well, the biscoff brownie was delicious. Highly recommended to vegans and non-vegans alike.
Have ordered takeaway from here once when it opened and were impressed. Today (22 May 2016) our small family went to the takeaway to eat in (well we ate at the table outside as the weather was great). Hope they can get a restaurant setup at some point as its really more a of a takeaway. We were impressed again by the large number of vegan options available in a separate menu, served by a very friendly proprietor. Food was delish, very affordable (2 adults, 3 courses each and a bottle of wine plus coffee for under £35), very accommodating to our needs with a young baby... and dessert was immense. We often eat Italian out in Sheffield and reckon this is our fav and by far the most vegan friendly. We will be going/ordering again.
Unbelievable Italian food, everything is literally perfect. The staff couldn't be any kinder! Probably the best takeaway in Sheffield and one of the best I've ever had in my life (and I've had ALOT). The vegan food is some of the best I've ever had!!
Best delivery food my partner and I have EVER had. Renewed our faith in non-home cooked vegan food. Was delivered hot, on time (in fact slightly early), the service was exceptional and the food was second to none.
Everything was absolutely delicious. We sat inside and the service was also excellent, super friendly and happy staff. I had the vegan veg calzone and it was the best calzone I've ever had 😍 Will definitely be back to eat my way through the extensive vegan menu.
A great place to eat - we ate in, they have just a few tables, but one is big enough for a family of 5 or 6, which we had.
It was very friendly, with a warm welcome as soon as we walked in. The food was terrific too, with a good vegan menu, if you want. I would highly recommend eating there.
