I was on a business trip with two other colleagues. We really liked the pub/restaurant ambience and the rooms were cute, clean and great.
The food was simply awesome, be it breakfast or dinner. The service was very friendly.

We were accommodated quickly and given a run down of the menu. Staff were attentive and checked in for drinks often. Food came out in a timely fashion and all food was delish.
We were given plenty of time to eat and drink and was given a good 20 min warning that table was needed back.

Me and my husband popped in for a drink and food on Wednesday. The staff was very friendly and polite. The food was very nice, I had the pie and my husband have the ribeye steak which was cook perfect. We will be back again
We enjoyed a lovely reasonably priced lunch in very pleasant surroundings. Food was great, the staff were lovely and helpful and made my dad feel very welcome in his wheelchair.

Had excellent service and meal, 1 x rib-eye, 2 x sea bass. Serving staff “went over and above” when a wine we had ordered ran out. A tad expensive, but a few quid more is the difference between excellent and mediocre. Thanks to Georgia, Sophia and the v accommodating female bar person.
The two ladies working front of house were exemplary. They were attentive without being intrusive, despite clearly being extremely busy. The food arrived in good time and was very nice. We were offered drink refills in a timely manner. The whole experience was very good.

I have been dining at The Florentine for just over a year and each visit never disappoints. I am always welcomed with excellent service and always met with a smile from their lovely team, they make you aware of any changes or adjustments to the menu (which is very rare!) My drinks are always served
