It was quite busy when we went and it took a while to be acknowledged and greeted when we first arrived.
I was definitely given the impression that Monks Bridge Farm will go the extra mile to cater to their guests needs.

We came here for a carvery Too Good to Go box and were served and greeted by Ashley. There was no wait involved, thanks to her prompt and friendly introduction. We left with an amazing order full of delicious food, we were so surprised with how much you get! If we could leave a higher rating for Ash

Sat on table 40 this morning, had an issue with my breakfast which was quickly sorted out by Steph. No problem was too much for her she was fantastic. Left a very happy customer
Superb customer service. When we arrived the carvery wasn't operating because it had broken (a one off). So when my friend made a tongue in cheek comment about his "chicken strips would have been better with Yorkshire Puddings"... the manager brought out a complimentary dish with puddings and gravy.
Amazing service, didn’t have a table booked but we were accommodated by Andy who was courteous and helpful. He was also amazing with our daughter and made her day.

Dined in last week. One word describes it- excellent. Food was well cooked and hot, plus there was plenty of it!! Staff were lovely and pleasant. Best of all also took the take away box for left overs-so no wastage. Excellent food, price, service and it was clean. Would highly recommend for anybody
The new lad who served us was brilliant. Very attentive and provided great service. Was very quick to assist us and to clear our table when we were finished. Pleasant and polite, said he was new and I think he's going to be a great addition to the team. Thank you

Go here quite often, always nice food and good service. Friendly staff, was served by member of the team called jess who had a polite and professional manner. Will definitely be coming back again. 100% would recommend if in the area.
Was served by a lovely lady called Ashley tonight. There was 19 of us having a meal for my foster son. .she's was so polite, lovely and kind. She had some family issues going on but was still very professional and kept a smile on her face. Credit to the monks bridge farm .
