BB's is awesome. One of my favourite places to eat in Sheffield. It can sometimes feel a little cramped, especially when in a large group, as I was, but that's well worthwhile for the quality of food. The first time, I almost didn't go, having been told by others that it wasn't worth the time and money. How wrong they were. I ordered the Fillet Steak and I can honestly say it was probably the best I've ever had. After a relatively short wait, a gloriously presented, huge piece of juicy rare steak was delivered to our table and I wolfed it down in less than 10 minutes. The price was around the £17 mark and I'd gladly pay it again.
The restaurant operates a bring-your-own policy on alcohol, although be aware that this only applies to beer and wine, not cider. We took advantage of the local supermarket's Chateauneuf-du-Pape for £7 offer and this proved a great value accompaniment to the meal.
Dinner for eight came to under £150.
This is by far the best Italian restaurant in Sheffield. It is so authentically Italian. I ate there in a table of 4 and tried the grilled Swordfish - it was amazing. The waiters were extremely friendly and accommodating and the place has a romantic, Mediterranean atmosphere to it which I've never experienced in Sheffield, let alone London where I live.
I strongly recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment as they are only open during the evenings.
This is a great little place to visit for a meal.
Its in a good town locatiion, there is plenty of parking nearby and closed to major bus & tram routes.
The food is excellant and leaves you satisfied.
The menu is a good size, enough choice to pick from.
The staff are friendly.
The prices are reasonable for town as well.
It can get a little warm when the whether is hot.
This a small and cosy traditional Italian restuarant, its tables are small and the tables clothes brightly coloured. It can get very busy at the weekends so you do need to book, its also BYOB with a small corkage charge which makes for a very reasonably priced night out. But a good place to celebrate with a group of friends.
The food is very good and they offer a wide range of pizzas, pasta and lasagne dishes and the staff are great and always give a good service.
One of my fave restaurants when I was a student! All in all, pretty standard italian cuisine but with the added benefit of being BYOB! Great location, perfect for drinks afterwards Restaurant is very, very small so would advise booking ahead particularly at weekends!
I love BB's, one of my favourite restaurant in Sheffield. Competely unpretentious and friendly. The best thing is that it is bring your own! Pizzas and salads very reasonable, meat and fish dishes more pricey as to be expected.

Lovely Italian restuarant in Division street. Staff are really friendly and it has an authentic Italian feel. You can also bring your own drink, which makes it a cheap night out.
BYO restaurant in a lovely area of Sheffield. The pizzas are great, the staff are great and the prices are great! Can't really fault it. It's a great place for large bookings too - we hired out the whole of the top floor for around 25 of us for no extra charge. Good for work parties etc or for a quiet date alike. Lovely restaurant.
bb's is a lovely little italian restaurant, it feels very authentic, the menu isnt huge to be fair, but the food is really good. great wine in there too. its also situated in a great location along division street, near all the shops and bars, so theres plenty to do once youve had your meal.
Brilliant place. Really good value and tastes so good! I had the seafood pasta and it was the best one I’ve had in a while with as much seafood as there were noodles. Great menu as well and bring your own wine deal. Will definitely come back x
Just 1 word ... Amazing 👏. Most of our family are gluten-free, and the food was out of this world. The pictures below are all gluten-free, and these are just a small range of the gluten-free menu. The staff were amazing, friendly, and very attentive. We would highly recommend bb's to anybody, but we would recommend booking a table.
I enjoyed my lasagna and tiramisu at this restaurant, but the flavors of the dishes were not particularly remarkable. The place has a classic and Italian feel, with Italian music on in the background, which made my experience more lovely.
A lovely hole in the wall Italian in Sheffield City Centre. Really incredibly welcoming and accommodating staff with excellent food and really great service. Two mains and two drinks each was £56. We will be back!

Fantastic restaurant! Been going for many years. Take your own wine (they also sell it). Their fillet steaks have always been amazing. Around the £25 mark. Meals are so tasty & fresh. Save room, if you can, for dessert. A friend and I shared the Baileys Cheesecake pictured. My main meal this time was the Fillet Buckingham. Can't wait for my next visit. Book ahead.
This is our 3rd visit to BBs and we were impressed yet again! The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food is simply wonderful, I was able to make changes to my dish and it was still perfect! Our only minor complaint was the pasta sauce was a little watery, however was still very tasty! Safe to say we will be back again!
A trip down memory lane here, returning to BB's for the first time in over a decade. Still excellent quality Italian food with a wonderful home-cooked vibe. Staff are friendly, attentive and patient and the food is to die for. It remains the place to go to in Sheffield for an excellent Italian.
Had a great meal late on a Friday for a friends birthday. Main course was very filling and served very promptly. BOYW policy is great for passing the time in any case and the staff were gracious enough to play happy birthday and offer my friend a free shot of sambuca for the special occasion
Me and my family came here Christmas Eve. Really friendly staff and made us feel very welcome ,very child friendly made sure our grandaughter had everything she needed, food was the best Italian I've ever tasted and piping hot great job see soon😋😋
BB's offers very tasty Italian fare for reasonable prices. Our starters, mains, and desserts were all delicious and came in very generous portions. Great service and welcoming atmosphere. A proper cosy local Italian.
