I was very delighted when I first discovered this wonderful restaurant. The food was good, the atmosphere was nice and it was a genuinely pleasant experience. The service was fast meaning I didn't have to wait long for food. I would reccomend this restaurant for anyone thinking about trying some different good food 👍

What a hidden gem - our first time trying Eritrean food and it was absolutely delicious. The veggie sharing platter was huge and good value, and our server was very friendly.

I came here with my Dad a couple of months back and i have to say it was great, As an Ethiopian I have to say this place had not only given us amazing food but had amazing cultural deco and Ethiopian Music playing in the background. Even though when we were one of the few people there at the time we went, more people usually come in the place in the afternoon and evening. Although the restaurant is not in the best location i do think its a great place to eat Ethiopian food.

Best Ethiopian/Eritrean food I've ever eaten, and I've had my fair share. There's a good representation of this cuisine in Sheffield, but this restaurant stands eminently above the competition. Don't expect much ambience, however the service is very friendly.

Excellent food, generous portions, friendly service, popular with the locals, very good value for money. Despite what you may think based on its appearance from the road, the food was outstanding in a very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. I had the lamb Key (awaze) tibs with an injera which was extremely flavorful. I also had an imported eretrian beer on the side. There were also sharing plates if you wanted to try multiple dishes between 3 or more people.

Amazing value! The Beye-ayinetu was a feast of different vegetable dishes presented on a large sourdough pancake (injera) with more injera on the side. At £9 this was phenomenal value - probably enough for two hungry vegetarians/vegans! Really friendly and welcoming.

Really good interesting and different Ethiopian/Eritrean food. Don't be put off by the outside or the location of the restaurant. Food all cooked to order so not a place to go if you are in a hurry. Great value as well.

The experience of having something a little different deserves a top rating, the hostess was fantastic, too. Going is highly recommended as the food was delicious, get a variety of stuff to share or a taster dish to get a good sense of variety in flavour. However everything made me feel my pallette usually expects quite dull food. By comparison every dish was bursting with flavour, too many to really do justice in an explanation. Just go and try. Probably would benefit with being served either with the injura on the side, or extra items to scoop up with. As the injura became really rather sloppy in the centre with most the meal served on it. Quite possibly more about my palette usually expecting less flavor, more texture, so didn't detract from the enjoyment too much.

Food was great! Three of us ate one order (vegetarian sampler) and were full. Staff was friendly.

We had really lovely food with friendly service too. We do not understand this cuisine but the menu was descriptive. We wish we live closer so we could visit regularly and work through the menu
