I've been plenty of times before, but this is 1st time since it has been refurbished.
Very nice restaurant, found myself gazing at the walls and ceiling alot.
Luckily, we got a birthday discount and didn't have to pay for my 4 year old daughter.
The food itself is average but the kids loved the idea that they can get up and grab a variety of food and mix whatever they wanted.
And I will not lie. I do love the thin noodles they do.
The chocolate fountain was broke when we went.
Toilets are very nice and have a futuristic look.
Don't think you can go wrong with cosmos to be honest the food is not amazing but does taste nice to eat.
COSMO in Sheffield is a popular choice among diners looking for a diverse and expansive buffet experience. This restaurant is known for its wide array of dishes from around the world, allowing guests to indulge in everything from sushi and dim sum to Indian curries and Italian pastas. The quality of food is generally praised, with fresh ingredients and dishes prepared in small batches to maintain their flavor and temperature.
The atmosphere at COSMO Sheffield is modern and bustling, often described as vibrant due to its busy nature, especially during peak hours. It’s a great spot for large groups and family gatherings as the variety ensures there's something for every taste.
Service at COSMO is efficient, with staff frequently replenishing buffet items and clearing plates promptly. The pricing is considered reasonable given the unlimited dining option, making it a good value for those looking to explore multiple cuisines in one meal. Overall, COSMO Sheffield offers a satisfying dining experience for those who enjoy exploring different flavors and dishes.
Had a great time at my birthday meal, especially as I got it for free using their booking, food was a little salty but I guess that was intentional. Overall great experience, wasn’t busy Thursday midday and staff were attentive. Decent selection of food!
We had dinner today, the place was great, we didn't reserve, although they provided tables within 40 minutes, The food was yummy many options available Indian, Chinese, sushi and desert My favourites were sushi, egg fried rice, chicken tikka, noodles, samosas, spring rolls, cheese pasta and unmistakably deserts more than the food I love this girl's Jacy and Su Thazin Myint, they are so sweet and patient whole time, this place is quite crowded but they helped us within seconds. Su Thazin Myint made our experience here outstanding! When we come back we hope you take care of us again because we were so impressed at how well you did your job! So many positive vibes because of them. Thank you so much Cosmo for hiring them and I can confirm that I will be back because of them thank you for making my day special with your bright smiles and hope this business grows more😊
This place, in my opinion, is the buffet of its kind. You expect buffets that the chips are going to be soggy. The pasta is going to be stuck together. The fork and knives are going to be dirty because of the rush eat style, but here it's not the case.
Yes, it's over £20.00 but you are allowed to feast for 90 mins.
The choice is gigantic.
Sushi witch is over ice for freshness.
Roast duck and roast pork with pancakes.
more than one choice of pizza.
3 or 4 noodles and pasta dishes .
3 or 4 different curry choices.
and much, much more.
There is even a chocolate fountain.
Staff excellent, food hygiene excellent. Toilets great a bit old but clean and tidy soap had ran out in ont dispenser. Food quality was well stocked and only only few foods ran out for a few minutes, the cook for you bar was extremely busy but only a 10 minutes que. Plates run out quick but just wait a minute and staff bring them to you. Drinks delivery in minutes ones ordered by staff
Great place to indulge and dine with variety of food to choose .
The staff was the best in my experience.they accept us although we arrived late and were very helpful .
There are bigger cosmos in other cities with lot more different food but this one also has great selection for any human .
Their Chinese selection was enough for me .
I would recommend it anyone .

Great staff always smiling & friendly
1hr 20 minutes drive to get there, still wroth to pay.!
Great standard,
Well maintained and keeps the standard.
Well done guys..
The buffet was amazing. I enjoyed the ribs, duck & pancakes, orange chicken, chicken wings and all the good stuff. Dessert was great, didn’t like the cheesecakes though, they were not flavorful in my opinion. Otherwise, it was worth every penny.
The food is very fresh and tasty. The staff are very friendly.
The restaurant is clean and very well layed out.
Disability access is good.
Toilets, I only saw a upper floor acces via stairs. I don't know if there is lower floor toilets or a lift .
100% recommend this place and it is great for parties , family 👪 or couples.
Prices are worth the quality of food
Although it was crowded when we went, the staff were extremely attentive and polite.
Some of the food was a little average, but with so many things to choose from, you can easily find plenty to enjoy, and the ribs were incredible, almond with a number of the noodle and rice dishes.
I'd normally go for Indian food over Asian, but the Asian food here was good enough that I barely touched the other types...
Over all good Asian food for fair price. Just Indian food was not even close to proper taste. Dessert selection was great but quality was very very very low.
I will definitely go again and highly recommended
good place for family gethering, friends birthday party, food、sercice、enviroment absolutely fantastic, just need more maintenance about toilet cleaning.
Booked two months in advance to ensure a table for my sons birthday on a Saturday Lunch sitting, it was busy but they were seating walk ins but it's better to book. I was contacted the week before to check that everything was as booked and I confirmed by clicking a link in the email which was a nice addition.
We were checked in on arrival and shown to our table, the host on the counter by the door had seen that I had requested a booth as the seats are higher and being disabled it is easier to slide in and out and she was more than happy to accommodate us.
A young waitress took our drinks order, we go for the bottomless soft drink option at 3.75 each, the glass isn't large but holds about a can of pop and a bit. We are asked if we know how cosmo works and having been to the Nottingham one we assume it's the same which she confirms.
Off we trot to the warm plates sanitising our hands with the provided gel on the way.
Our booking was for opening time and all food receptacles were full and all areas were very clean.
The food selection was fantastic and they had more options than our last visit to Nottingham, one of our party started with the roast pork carvery which they said was fantastic, I went for a mix of Chinese with some sweet potato fries it was very nice, my only gripe was that the curry sauce was very watery and there was an oily layer on the top so I siphoned what I could and didn't have it again. I opted for the tikka masala curry on my second time around which was full of flavour and the naan was a welcome addition.
Although there was a large selection of food on offer we were aware that at lunch times they tend to offer a reduced menu but the only items I didn't see were Crispy Duck and Burgers which we weren't fussed about at all as there was definitely more choice than we've had at Nottingham.
Some 5 servings later and we were ready for dessert and again there was a large assortment of dishes available from slices of gateaux, jelly cubes, profiteroles, popcorn and fresh fruit, even the chocolate fountain was running which my son loved dipping marshmallows into, the only thing I didn't see in the dessert section was the ice cream machine but they did have small pots of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry if that is your sweet of choice.
Paying was straightforward including half price for under 1.5m kids and we even managed to get a discount on the car park next door as an added bonus.
One notable thing to mention was how clean and spacious the toilets were, they are located up a flight of stairs but there is a disabled toilet on the restaurant level if you can't manage the steps.
We had a very enjoyable experience and even though the curry sauce was watery and nobody said bye as we left (my pet hate, I'm being picky) I give them a full 5 stars and we'll definitely be back when in Sheffield again.
