Lovely little pub. Very traditional and has a welcoming feel.

Randomly having our brunch here. They provides one of the best fish & chips. No matter the quality or quantity are quite satisfied. My only suggestion is to drain the fish & chips on the wire rack longer then. It may tasted much more fresh:)
Went to this pub to celebrate St Patrick the Patron Saint of Nigeria only to find the good people of Fagans had decked the place out with Nigerian green, a lovely touch, seemed popular with Irish people that day too, I don't know why.
Did not have food. Beautiful pub atmosphere, musicians in the back room playing together but did not know each other. Lovely leisurely evening.
Lovely little Irish boozer. Guinness is superb matched with some well kept Bass on tap. Real homely atmosphere.
A Good Beer Guide regular and also in the Sheffield Heritage pub inventory. Very friendly couple run this pub. The lunchtime and evening food is popular and great value. I had a pint of Tetleys bitter. Very good but now brewed by Marston's. The Joshua Tetley brewery in Leeds closed many years ago. T
The live band gives the place a wonderful atmosphere without ever being overbearing. Cosy and subdued lighting in the best way. Good selection of whisk(e)ys!
Superb oldy worldy bar. Great guinness, massive food portions. Tom & his wife are amazing and the bar has real history in the old owner who was Joe Fagan a POW.
A top quality pub with a real old school feel, right up my street! Excellent service, good Guinness and a brilliant atmosphere on a Friday night. It's like they've transported a pub from Dublin and placed it in Sheffield, I could've happily stayed here all night
Best pub I've ever been to. Back room packed with a table of people playing irish instruments in the middle. Everyone singing and clapping. Fantastic.
Great pub for atmosphere, A little cramped but that is what makes it.
Friendly service and a good selection of drinks. Pork pie is a must try.

Excellent beers and pies. Good to see bass on tap and a variety of pies and sausage rolls. Great pub.
Great atmosphere. Great little pub which serves a mean pint of Guinness
Old school, cash only, a bit frayed around the edges but the finest pint of Guinness in Sheffield.
If it's character, a chat and a good pint you're after, pop your head in here.
UPDATE: Been in again. It hasn't changed one bit and that's a blessing. Absolute gem of a boozer.
Always feel welcomed, I come whenever I can as it’s one of the best pubs I’ve been to.
