Cafe Ceres - Sheffield - Photo album

Fresh, hearty food at good prices. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Most of the seating is upstairs, but there will be some wheelchair seating downstairs.
After having lunch a few weeks ago and been impressed we tried the evening menu . The evening menu although not a huge choice suited everyone in the group. The meals were superb ,served in a relaxed atmosphere by polite and not pushy staff. From the starters to deserts everything was well presented
The food was good and the place is really busy. Unless you get a seat downstairs it is not buggy friendly. The staff simply handed us a couple of menus and didn't quite appreciate that we had to carry a baby and then a buggy up a flight of stairs and we could have done without holding the menu cards
Fabulous, tasty food and great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
I would have to say that this place is amazing. The food was just the right size and a good price and I like the fact that they're a fully French restaurant with ONLY French cuisine. The service was great, bathrooms were nice and the pictures and decorations around the place are a nice touch. 5 star
A beautiful French cafe serving lovely hot meals and desserts. Staff is super friendly and gave me some good recommendations for food. I ordered a salad and pancakes with chocolate sauce and banana and was not disappointed. Highly recommend!
A great cafe for a spot of breakfast - get a window seat and watch the busy world go by as you took into a heart plate. Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It is a little pricey - but then again it isn't just a random greasy spoon. Give it a go!
I've been here a good few times now spread over many years and even though its not like me, everytime I come here I get the same thing, the savory crepes. They are so good, I don't know what it is they put in them but they taste so damn good. You can tell they use quality ingredients. My daughter ha
A nice place in a good location. Service can be a little variable as they can be short-staffed. Our kids love the Crepe Happy Hour which a great after school special treat.
Very good. Food nicely done, friendly staff and quick service (though not a busy time) Not satisfactory that floor of upstairs toilet was wet. We should have mentioned it at the time, we know.
Great little Bistro with excellent home-cooked food. Owners provide very good service and a welcoming atmosphere. Open for late breakfast right through to evenings. Been numerous times never disappointed ..... loads better than all the overjoyed places down Ecclesall Road !!!
A great morning brunch, helpful staff, nice selection of breakfasts and other foods. The food was cooked very well and the coffee and tea were very tasty. A nice stop off point for a refreshing break and meal.
The food is exciting and really good. The staff are always willing to help and they are flexible with the orders. Friendly, nice place to eat for lunch, coffee or dinner with friends.
Nicely presented. Menu was varied without being too complex. Plenty of staff who were friendly and helpful. Service was quick despite being busy.
Super casual; jovial; good service; typical French cafe (but in Sheffield). It was BYO on the Thursday we attended. AWESOME dolphin potatoes (smacks lips / feels slightly guilty).
I come here at least twice a week to drink the amazing coffee and soak up the relaxed Hunters Bar atmosphere. Nowhere quite like it for me. So friendly.
Lovely little bistro with a short, but good menu. Not the warmest bistro in the area but very good all the same. Service is always good.
