Food was very tasty and portions were really decent. Not a huge menu (3-4 options per category), but Overall we were made to feel valued and service was alright, but there were some long waiting times (about 25mins between starter and main -after we finished our starter- and about 15mins until we actually managed to pay -we were trying to catch the attention of one of the waiters). Value for money was good, £15pp for a main and a shared starter (large charcruterie board for 4ppl).
Went for my birthday and had an excellent meal, some of the best food I've eaten for a while. I would definitely book in advance at busy times and I recommend looking at the menu online in advance as it is limited, so if you don't like one or two things you could be stuck. Both the food and the service was exemplary and very well priced on the three courses deal.
The milestone would easily get 5 stars if was always consistent. Sometimes I’ve been and the food has been incredible and then other times it’s been pretty average. Unfortunately I feel like the restaurant was at its peak a few years ago. However, if you’re using one of the many deals The Milestone offers you can get some great value deals so still worth a visit.
