Hillsborough Hotel - Sheffield - Photo album

Lovely spot. Old fashioned pub, very tidy inside. Friendly and helpful staff, good selection of beers and ciders. Small but very tasty menu, reasonably priced. Great conservatory out the back, plenty of space and seating inside... Wasn't there on the day, but from reliable information, their Sunday
Great independent pub with their own beers brewed on site at Wood Street Brewery, and well chosen guest ales. Decent pub grub menu at very reasonable prices. Really nice outdoor terrace the rear fit when the weather's fine too.
Called in for first time today with my sister, two 16 year olds and two 9 year olds for Sunday dinner. Absolutely lovely meal. Choice of meats and the younger 2 children got a smaller sized plate but they still had plenty unlike some places where the kids portion is too small this was perfect. The s
Me & a mate went for football at weekend, unfortunately we didn't check in until 6 but we were sorted quickly by one of the bar staff. I had fish and chips, it was one of the best I've had. The room was spacious & clean. Decent comfy beds too. We enjoyed our breakfast, the coffee went down a treat a
Friendly pub. Like to go here when The Owls play at home. Bit of a walk from the ground but worth it if you want to avoid usual football type pubs. Good beer and good service. Seems friendly for away fans too. Option to jump on tram to ground if you don't fancy the twenty minute walk.
Nice clean venue Good beer selection Nice real cider on tap Good real ale selection Looks to have been redecorated Lots of tables and space. Handily placed close to tram stops on blue and yellow routes. Bus services locally also.
I attended a wedding reception here on the 2/7/2016. I found the staff very hard working and friendly, the place looked amazing and the barbecue was absolutely fantastic and catered for the meat eaters and the vegetarions amongst us so professionally. There was what seemed like an endless supply o
Friendly staff and a good range of drinks. Used to be our watering hole and has kept its friendly atmosphere for the last 10 years. Spacious and comfortable to sit in, will drink on here for many days to come.
If a cooked breakfast is a deal-breaker for you, look no further. Finest bacon I've ever had at a hotel. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, and even though the bedroom was a little dated it was immaculately cleaned and well presented. Top marks for this gem of a hotel.
Had a great selection of beer which was all well kept and nice. Had pie and cheap which wa's also great and quite a large portion. Great value for money and good quality.
Been here a few times but not recently so was very impressed with the service and beer quality. Less than 5 stars because the food wasn't being served as advertised but worth a visit just for the beer. We'll be back!
Well run pub with plenty of space for larger groups this serves good home made food and stocks excellent range of well-kept hand pulled ales. Owners and staff relaxed and very welcoming - a warm happy place worth a real ale fan's visit. Near the Langsett supertram stop.
Went on pie night. Enjoyed my pie but no extra gravy. Peas and chips were good with good selection of ales. Would recommend and will go back.
Been a few times and wouldn't go anywhere else. Lovely meals, lots on your plate, very reasonable prices and friendly staff, can definitely recommend.
Great food, good selection of real ale. Friendly staff and value for money. What more could you want.
Down to earth hotel/pub. A fair selection of ales and keg fare. I've not sampled the newly updated menu but if you enjoy cheap n cheerful I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Great pub with fab staff and locals. Live folk music on Sunday evenings too. Food is of very good quality.
