What can I say other than best burgers ever! I've never been a huge burger lover until I was introduced to Five Guys.... I had a small bacon cheeseburger so tasty, real fries not frozen rubbish oh And the banana milkshake is so good too. If you fancy a burger it's the only place to go well worth the price tag.
Gourmet fast food. The burger is a high quality beef patti. You get choice of toppings too so every burger is customised to your own taste. The fries are awesome and are actual potatoe chips, not the reconstituted tat you get elsewhere. Service was quick despite being super busy when we visited.
If you are looking for a restaurant experience try Handmade Burger Co, this is a genuine fast food experience. But it is a far nicer experience and better quality and tasting food than McDs or Burger King.
And as an added bonus they sell Beer �

Absolutely love Five Guys. It's on the higher priced side, but the fries are fresh, the meat is fresh, and it tastes like proper beef. The service is excellent!
The care and attention to detail they showed for an order for someone with a nut allergy was spot on! Gloves were changed to handle the serviettes, and the orders were separate. They really went above and beyond to ensure safety.
Allergen advice is easy to read, and everything is included, so there's no guessing.

Great experience at this location. As like many of the other locations the food is great and cooked fresh. But this one has the same issue as the others, too much salt on the chips. In this case it was not as bad but it was still too much for adults not to even mention my kid. If management of the chain do read this please reduce the salt levels on the chips as this is a problem across the board. On parking there is plenty of free parking in the area and disabled access is great.

Service was fast and polite, food up to the usual high standards I've come to expect. What I didn't expect as a (maybe) semi-regular customer was to be recognised by the store manager who came over for a chat while I was waiting :) A delightful lady and she elevated a routine visit for a burger and fries into a memorable evening. We visited for food prior to an event at the Arena. First time we'd tried a 5 Guys restaurant. Have to say it was soo nice! Enjoyed every bite. Would definitely go back again. It was mad busy due to event at Arena but staff were doing the best they could and imho did a damn good job!
Good was pretty good, ludicrously large chips portion lol, great shakes, and the person serving was lovely, welcoming and took time to explain to us. A good date with my son!
Food was hot and fresh on the more expensive side but you get what you pay for small fries would be enough to feed two or one hungry person. The only downside was they seemed to be a little bit understaffed when I visited. Just had one person taking orders and cooking food
Good portion sizes for the chips as always (a regular will probably feed 2) milkshakes lovely as always.
A Downside was that the music was a little too loud for a midday bite out as couldn't talk amongst ourselves clearly
Otherwise an ok meal out
Not my sort of food, but I love the atmosphere. It feels very American, always quite quiet and my partner likes the burgers.
