Went for a birthday meal this evening which as usual was beautiful. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, the food was amazing. Always on point this place, thank you.
I haven't been to Marcos for many years, and I'm pleased to say that the quality hasn't declined in that time.
The food is really good, decent portions (seriously, I had to pop my top button) and very reasonably priced.
The only thing I felt mildly deflated by was the lack of vegetarian options (

Absolutely love it in here! Been going with the family for a good few years now and can’t fault it for simple, fresh, homemade food! The decor is a little dated but so what, it’s cosy and great value for a mid week evening meal 👌🏼👍🏼

Our favourite little Italian restaurant that we've used for years, food and staff are excellent and nothing is to much trouble foranyofthem, Michael the owner is an excellent chef and is very happy to have a chat whilst cooking away.

Brilliant food, good service. It's a small Italian restaurant, just a few tables so book if you want to try it. If you wanted, you can take your own wine. Problem for parking..... You would have to use the "Big tree" pub car park.

perfect for couples.. the food is delishious. the staff are friendly. take your own wine. not ideal for large groups , due to the kitchen being really small and everything is cooked fresh . the decor is , lets say period. and quaint. nice family atmosphere. definately worth a visit
