Absolutely brilliant experience! Lovely food, the meat, salad bread and sauces were all top draw! The setting is beautiful lovely atmosphere and great service. This is one of Sheffields hidden secrets, I recommend you come and try it!
Been many times and never been a disappointment . The food was delicious! (The famous chicken donner)Fresh and warm! Also a great ambience. The staff were very friendly & so was the owner who provided great service and made sure we were comfortable! Highly recommended & would always take a visit!!
The third time I have visited and I wasn't dissapointed. You have to try the mixed grill. The lamb karahi was very flavourful and the naan was just how I prefer. It's under new ownership now and the manager was very polite and attentive.

Visited Shimlas in Sheffield for iftari a few days ago, was greeted by a very friendly lady who showed us to our table and then also took our order at the till, she was very helpful to me and the boys as we’ve never had come to the place before and she recommended us the best dishes, enjoyed the foo
Really nice restaurant, a variety of nice delicious foods to choose from the menu & the chicken donner & burgers are amazing. Excellent customer service & the staff were good. Would highly recommend this place & we will definitely be visiting The Express by Shimlas again.
Love the express. Fast food and amazing service, the lady working there especially! Shes always making us feel welcome and making sure everything is spot on. Would definitely recommend.
Beautiful interior, lovely and helpfull staff the food is also really nice! Had to edit my review! Went again because a friend insisted she wanted to try it out and got to say the food was amazing! Customer service is also 10/10 from the young lady (forgot her name lol) deffo reccomend!
Having made multiple trips over the years from Sheffield to the famous Bradford establishment I was skeptical the Karahi dishes would not meet the standards set. Im ecstatic to say it most definitely does!

Absolutely amazing experience, Definitely recommend Lamb Chop‘s masala fish chicken donna, lamb curry on the bone. Home-made mayonnaise is absolutely unique! Travelled from Nottingham worth the drive !!
