The Harlequin - Sheffield - Photo album

I popped in for a single drink on a Sunday afternoon. I haven't been here for more than 10 years so my impression may be a bit limited. This is a traditional pub with a reasonable selection of beers. Not much choice for wine drinkers unfortunately. The single member of staff I met was pleasant. Sadl
A proper pub with a proper landlady. Excellent beer quality and a great range of ciders. Ideal for a quiet (other than when a certain regular is holding forth!) drink in a civilised atmosphere. Enjoyable quiz nights on Wednesdays and Sundays.
A proper old school pub with a fantastic range of drinks. Really impressive - lots of different types of spirits, ales, ciders and lagers etc. The landlady is lovely, great banter and really funny and to top it all off it's dog-friendly. She makes a wicked cocktail too. I wish this was my regular.
I've been coming to this pub for the 12 years now and loved it since day one. I'm a real cider fan and this pub has always had so much choice in real cider. Regular winner of Cider pub awards shows this. See my photos of the cider board showing the selections that were on offer last time I visited.
Well preserved classic city centre pub. Massive selection of cask and keg beers, large Gin selection and spirits from scotch to Absinthe. Outdoor seating and smoking area to the rear.
It was a nice quiet relaxed atmosphere. It was a Thursday so may play a part. Good selection of drinks at fair prices.
I like this pub. Real ale, Real cider, German beer, great landlady, comfortable seats. First visit, not the last one !
An excellent pub with a great selection of very well kept beer. Really pleasant staff, thank you for a lovely evening. Some fine music being played as well.
One of the best pubs in Sheffield. Can't go far wrong here. One of the last "proper" pubs in the city serving a great selection of drinks.
Amazing, quirky boozer with friendly, happy staff and of course a cracking array of ciders. Okay, so it could do with less Hogans Cider and maybe ditch the Boak and GYD (concentrate ciders) for some proper Somerset + Devon ciders to give a broader range, but this isn’t a criticism, they’re probably
Nice traditional ale pub this, and the official start point of the kelham island ale trail, quite big inside with loads of seating areas, very good prices for kelham island, amazing selection of drinks such as cask, keg, stouts, porters, nice bar food too and staff always really friendly and welcomi
Brilliant pub friendly staff and good selection of beers. A brilliant place for live music 🎶
Such a good pub. Super trad in appearance (a plus in my book!), but certainly not stuck in the past when it comes to what's on offer. Great range of beers, all in excellent condition, and good food too. Prices are insansely reasonable. Great staff. Cannot fault it!
Truly a hidden gem! Amazing choice of drinks, knowledgeable staff, and all reasonably priced. No matter what your tipple, they will have something for you. Highly recommended if you like your cider. They have a small roof-top terrace which is perfect on a sunny afternoon. My only regret is that it's
Great spot! Good selection of beers and a lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff and good interior.
Fantastic range of well kept ale. Mostly seasonal dark with a good best bitter and pale ale as well. Tasty filling food well presented. Good prices. Decor a bit twee otherwise excellent and well worth a visit.
We love it here. We always visit when we're in Sheffield. I even wrote a poem about the pub once. We enjoy the home cooked food, the selection of flavoursome beers (sadly, we're almost always driving so don't get to sample them as much as we'd like), the events, the quizzes and the music. Dogs are
