Second visit to Blues and this time for food. Relaxed atmosphere, great staff and good draft beers.
Anton and his team do a great job of making you feel at home and the food is very authentic and tasty! From the Juicy Pasty starter, Curried Mutton and Jerk Chicken with Gravy. Wow! all items top notch and very well priced.
We'll soon be back to try more of the menu. Great to see a place like this taking off, please give it a try. Great night.
Fantastic vibes great food and music lots of different types from motown to salsa reggea and loads more including workshops and comedy nights. Staff also great nothing is to much trouble. Also they do great cocktails as well
Lovely place! Went there because I was doing a vlog episode for AskForAngela initiative and they had implemented it. Stayed to watch, and participated, in the dance class going on. They have various dance classes going on pretty much the whole week. Worth looking into if you are into dancing. Can't say about drinks as I was driving that day but they seem to have an awful lot of variety there.
Even though it's a biggish place, there are lot of small, nooks for a date, or a hangout with friends. And it's easy to find and is next to a big pay n display parking. Actually another small parking nearby as well.

We went to their comedy night, which is on the last Wednesday or Thursday of the month. The comedy was ok, with some funny moments. They have a good selection of Carribbean food and bar snacks that can be ordered all night. The pub looks like it's suffereing from an identity crisis and doesn't know if it's a bar or a restaurant that sells beer. Very relaxed atmosphere.
Went to Blues for Funkers Delight monthly Soul Funk R&B night on Saturday. I didn't get there till gone 11 and it was already buzzing then with a good sized crowd in. Had my special Jamaican Shandy that they do there and enjoyed the Great tunes by guest DJs Mr T & KC. Algie the resident DJ was also putting down some fantastic tunes until 3am. Even then a number were still there, and wanting more!!
Fantastic Caribbean Cupid night. So much fun and laughter. The staff were brilliant so helpful and kind. Well done. Cannot wait for following events.
I went here a couple of weeks ago with a friend it was end of the month comedy night we had a great meal well priced not over priced thy accept taste cards which gives you 2 mains for one great staff very welcoming and a brill atmosphere recommend 110per cent .
Great friendly staff and a nice, relaxed atmosphere. A great Saturday night out with the family and after my first visit I will certainly visit again.
