The Benjamin Huntsman - Sheffield - Photo album

The service has to be one of the best I've experienced ever. The staff were perfect; friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rushed at all, it was a lovely atmosphere. Only 1 star less as the food was more expensive than I usually pay but it was very well cooked. The toilets were a bit cold as well, but
The food is amazing and worth the money. Services are average, as i have had experiences where i found a table upstairs after a long wait (since the place is very crowded most of the time) but they told us we wont be able to order food as they dont serve food upstairs during that time. We had to wai
I rather liked the Benjamin Huntsman when I visited on a recent trip to Sheffield. Located at the top of Cambridge St, it is only round the corner from another Wetherspoons, the Wather Works. Benjamin Huntsman was notable for this steel producing town as he invented crucible or cast steel & he opene
Massive Wetherspoons facing Sheffield City Hall. Huge selection of drinks all at reasonable prices.
The Waterworks across the road was packed and people were fighting outside so we came here instead. Much quieter and calmer. Food was what you'd expect. Staff were decent. Typical spoons
No money. But a review for Frasier who answered the phone and tracked my daughter down. Let her charge her phone.was polite and professional and reassuring 5 starts. And a promotion It's these things that count
Cheap and cheerful but need to pay attention to how the staff pull the real ales, which are numerous.. Food including a drink was decent price but it is basic...
Nice Wetherspoons. Great atmosphere on a Friday afternoon. Food served super quick but brought the wrong order out first. Quickly took it away and changed to correct order with no problems. Cheap and cheerful place to go
Always the best experience. The staff are always attentive, cleanliness is always maintained and orders are processed rapidly - even if they're extremely busy. Management here seems to be doing an excellent job, my fav weatherspoons for sure.
Thanks so much to staff member Jane she was great we had something missing from our plate me and my partner and wanting to eat together at same time and she sorted it straight out with a free drink aswell she was lovely great service 10 outta 10 for janeyyyyyy
Didn't eat here staff friendly and welcoming service was great even though it was extremely busy atmosphere good
This review is entirely related to the staff. Any of the staff working on the 7th of March at 11pm, thank you. There was a man looking back at our group and kept throwing his middle finger up at us, staring and being generally aggressive for no reason. One of the staff noticed, they checked the cam
First time I've eaten here. Banker's Draft kitchen was closed so we tried here. Nice place, we'll set out. Meal a little slower than usual at Wetherspoons. One steak was a bit undercooked, everything else was fine.
Great place for a cheap pre show drink or three at the nearby city hall
The food was great, staff were very friendly and attentive, the pub was very busy and loud, one of the toilets in the gents was blocked and overflowing so the floor was wet in front of the cubicles
Went on a Thursday evening (curry night) value for money and of a good quality and portion, good selection of drinks at brilliant price, staff very good, kept the bar area spotless
