Cozy atmosphere, enough space for large crowd. Most of the group ordered a Shakshuka, I added chorizo to mine but I felt this dish was too acidic to the taste (possibly canned tomatoes). The coffee was amazing, and the Turkish breakfast was also decent.
The buttermilk chicken and thick french toast tasted really good.
The pastries look really good but I did not get a chance to try it this time.
They allow dogs and the atmosphere is quite cozy with plenty of seating. It's a good location to meet friends or to go on a lunch date.

🥐🥓🍳🥑 @kollective_kitchen 🥑🍳🥓🥐📍Site gallery, (just down from the road from showroom cinema) Sheffield city centre.
🥐Back to one of my faves this week for an amazing loaded croissant.
Stuffed full of all the breakfasty goodness. Avo , scrambled, eggs bacon , halloumi, pea shoots and chivey sour cream. Delish. And massive 🤣
❤️💻Kollective always serves up an amazing brunch , I'm also a fan of their chicken fried toast. A great calm oasis in the city centre. Would make a great remote working spot - think I may head back to work and brunch again soon!
🎨🖌️In the gallery space there was a cool exhibition piece that I can only describe as a load of pillow spaghetti. I dont really know what it was but after that crossiant I really did feel like taking a nap in it 🤣
❤️ Definitely one of my fave city centre spots

Kollective Kitchen and coffee is a charming cafe in Sheffield with a relaxed atmosphere and a menu of colorful, freshly prepared dishes.
The loaded croissant is a must-try!
Update:
Went back and realised my meal, despite being same price, was significantly smaller (photo added). Quite disappointed.

Love everything here! The meals, snacks, and baked goods were all a hit. Amazing for vegans, GF options too! Coffee is good, and service is fantastic. I love this place, it’s become a weekend morning staple!
Brunch is amazing. Could have eaten my way through the entire menu. Also really attentive, knew we had limited time before a train and made sure they took our order asap. Just wish it would open in Manchester!
Have some spare time while you wait for the next train? OR you are hunting for an independent coffee shop? Then, Kollective coffee and kitchen is your top choice! Strategically located in Sheffield City Centre and just 5 minutes away from the train station. The robustness of their coffee is on point. Just the right amount of intensity and sweetness. The Matcha is the best so far we have had. It wasn’t overpowering and smooth and refreshing. They also serve delicious hot food and cakes. Can’t wait to go back. REMINDER: they can get very busy on the weekend. Call to reserve a table to avoid disappointment.
My other half nailed it with kollective kitchen, she said the decor was industrial and a bit sparse, but the food, coffee and the service was excellent and she'd definitely come back. That summed it up perfectly, I'd never noticed the decor but it's intentional, I've been a few times, come for the food and drinks and the polite and attentive service. Because isn't that what you want?
This is definitely my new favourite cafe on Sheffield.
The food was delicious- the best brunch I’ve had in a while. Their menu is really inventive and has something for everyone.
The Turkish eggs were very good and the poached eggs were perfectly cooked. I really enjoyed the merguez sausage, a really tasty addition.
The staff were helpful and attentive. Overall brilliant food and service.
Will definitely visit again and again.
Third time I’ve been here and definitely won’t be the last! I got the Smoked Salmon on English Muffin (£8.95) and Mocha (£2.80). To me it’s the best around the city of Sheffield! The flavours of the dish blend well together and it fills me just right :) Some other places’ portions are smaller and doesn’t justify their prices. Their sausage hash is not bad too!
Their brunch menu lasts all day as well which is a plus.
Highly recommend :)
Delicious! Visited on a very busy Saturday without a booking, put our name down for a table and was sat within 30 mins. I had the special (black pudding bhjai naan with potatoes) and was absolutely delicious 😋 Very good service, highly recommend as one of the best brunch spots in the city centre.
