Went there for a Sunday dinner. Absolutely delicious. The place was packed with diners. Pleasant, busy waitresses. Very attentive. Cannot fault.
Absolutely stunning food. All the meals being brought out from the kitchen looked amazing. You could hear other customers making positive comments about their meals. The menu is extensive, it was so hard to decide what to choose. The place was spotlessly clean. Every member of staff was attentative
We went for a meal, date night. The food was exemplary, superb. Looking at the menu £26 for a steak looked a bit expensive. I was blown away with the quality of the food, so much so i left a tip, I'm not a tipper! Go, eat, enjoy, you will not be disappointed, we will definitely go again.
We were recommended here and we popped along to try it after work one day. What a find!! The food is amazing and well worth the money. Price wise it is a bit more than standard pub prices but below restaurant - however the food is well worth it. I had salt and pepper squid and the taste was great an

A great friendly well run pub with an amazing menu choice and super friendly staff. All our food was top notch, reasonably priced and plentiful. It's a shame it's not closer!
Had a lovely meal at The Robin Hood in Aughton yesterday. The steak pie was fabulous and the cheesecake for dessert was arguably the best cheesecake I have ever had. The service was excellent too. All round top notch.
The best fish, sweet potato chips and mushy peas I've had in a very, very long time here. The pub is always full so we were lucky to get a table at 6pm. The prices weren't bad either, 2 meals with 2 and half pints for less than £50. I have to have a gripe about the loos though. They're clean but t
Sunday lunch. Called late afternoon and was lucky enough to get a table. Would advise you book. Yes more expensive than average but far from average Sunday lunch. Meat thickly cut and plenty of it. Lamb not at all fatty. Beautifully cooked vegetables (kale/peas/broccoli and cauliflower) and pipi
Lovely meal and drinks! We both had the Steak pie and it was absolutely delicious, honestly one of the best we've had in a while, would recommend!
Went out for a Meal with the Family. Lovely Meal, Not your "Run of the Mill" Local Pub food. Chicken Pie, Chips Peas and Side Order if Onion Rings.
Excellent food. I had a combo Sunday dinner. The meat was soooo tender it cut like butter. Highly recommend
